    • Love the decorations, nice barman nice lady, blonde one at the reception, server at the restaurant was excellent. More light in our room would have been better it¿s was dark. Lock Broken in our bathroom Coffee cup was dirty. Museum should be included .
    • This is a visually interesting hotel with plenty of native american accents that give it a unique look and feel.
    • Neat lobby. Pretty rooms and neat decor. Nice river view and sounds out the atrium door.

    Cons -

    • I loved to have bowls and bed for our dog at our arrival thank you.
    • While nice, the room was not well sound-proofed. Noises from people walking outside and on other floors was quite loud, as were music sounds from someplace else in the building.
    • Front desk and other staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Only spoke to us when we spoke to them. Not seem to care about ourstay Had to pay to use the hot tub and didn't allow any children even though we were some of the only guests staying there.

Beautifully done and decorated, extremely comfortable rooms and the lobby bar seating area with fireplace was amazing!

Food was bit fuzzy and expensive with exception to the restaurants breakfast menu which was quite good.

    Very modern yet cozy

The pool was small and the spa was not working

The size of the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Loved all the outlets and bedside reading lights!

    There wasn't anything I didn't like!

Exceptional atmosphere, beautiful decor, very well-appointed rooms. In amazing grounds next to the river, this hotel stay was unforgettable. Book ahead of time to ensure you can have at least one meal in the restaurant featuring the cuisine of the Wendat people. Don’t miss a story telling session in the longhouse - we learnt so much about the culture, history and traditions of the Wendat people.

The gym was small, with 3 cardio machines and a yoga mat with a few small hand weights.

Beautiful hotel with a unique style. Large comfortable room had a peaceful outlook on woodland and the river. Great restaurant. Interesting museum attached, with a replica longhouse and activities for First Nations craft and culture

The online booking for activities said everything was fully booked, but it wasn't, so check in reception

I love everything about this hotel. In fact, I had stayed here with friends overnight and didn't get a chance to experience all of the elements that make this hotel so amazing, so booked a couple of nights with my family a couple of weeks later when we had planned on being in the same area. It's such a beautiful hotel. I love the Wendat museum that's attached which we got a chance to visit on the second trip, and took advantage of the pool, the lovely outdoor space and the beyond exceptional restaurant. The food is incredible. All good but I am a breakfast lover, so I can't say enough about the Bannock Bread French toast. For those who are geocachers, there is also an Adventure Lab a few interesting caches around. Also a nice biking, walking trail right beside the property for outdoor enthusiasts. I also love the authenticity around the activities, doing the Wendat museum and longhouse tour on this trip and making a "talking stick" the first visit. Learned lots. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again. Close to anywhere you want to go in Quebec City but also far enough away for an amazing, unique and high end experience. Thanks!

Not really anything at this hotel to not like!

Gorgeous location. Lots of parking. Really lovely room.

Swimming pool small and crowded. Staff ignored us when we arrived, which gave for a difficult first impression but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

    The location and facilities.

The AC was not working. Room temp was 26 to 27 degrees, even with a fan. No notice was give prior to my arrival even though the hotel was away of the issue.

    6SallyPosted on: 7-6-2025

The beds were very Comfy and the little gifts were lovely. The longhouse is AMAZING.

The facilities are overstated. The pool was small, dirty and loud. There is no hot tub, just a hot tub shaped area in the cold pool.

Nice hotel in Wendake first indians territory. be sure to take the trail to see the river

Careful, the museum is closed monday and tuesday, whis is not ideal if you arrive on Sunday

I really liked the beds. Everything was so comfortable and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Even though it was an over night stay.. I plan on staying there for the weekend sometime this year.

We ate in the restaurant for Supper because we were starving and didn't want to leave the hotel to go out and eat. Even though the food was delicious. It took close to 3 hours to get our steaks we ordered, granted, we ordered an appetizer but the wait was crazy.

beautiful site and native feellovely neighborhood with great on-site and neighborhood restaurantstaff was very friendly and mostly helpfulking bed and view to river and forest ideallobby and bar area very welcoming

Lousy and uneven room cleaning until we made a "stink." Even tho advertised bathrobes, we only received for last night of 6-day stay. The room, tho very large and well-appointed, could have offered better bathroom vanities, slippers, etc. commensurate with the room rate. Also, the lighting was terrible! Notwithstanding, the staff did an adequate job of listening to our grievances and accommodating us thereon.

Big windows, natural materials, room decor, spacious rooms and facilities, activities

It is not really adapted for small kids, but still very good

Everything! Beautiful hotel, quality detailed design with indigenous artwork everywhere, a walking museum in itself. Directly attached to a small museum celebrating indigenous culture with great guided tours. Beautiful gardens, located by the riverside- you can hear the water from your room! We have stayed a number of times (and will again!) in the new section in Deluxe King Rm, very comfortable beds, great shower & bathroom & views on the garden & river. Restaurant on site is very nice, great breakfast choices. Dinner menus are interesting with indigenous flavours. Location was great for us visiting friends living nearby, but you definitely need a car for transport.

Housekeeping generally was excellent, but one time there was an old lunch forgotten in the mini-fridge.
