Port Hardy Cabins

It is awesome, a beautiful setting with new cabins that are well equipped and very clean and peaceful.

Very quiet and private. Lovely access to estuary walk.

Great experience will definitely come back.

Could really use a ceiling on the bathroom to give one privacy and separation from living area.

Super clean, affordable, comfy and cute! Close to the Port Hardy Ferry and easy to find. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating as we had to add an extra night to our stay due to weather. They shifted our reservation with no problem and we didn’t have to move cabins. Highly recommend!

The location was very convenient to our early morning departure on the ferry. Everything in the cabin was new and clean. Perfectly equipped for our needs.

There was early morning traffic on the road, but we were getting up early so even that wasn’t a problem.

We loved staying in a log cabin and we also enjoyed the estuary behind the site.

We did not find the outside chairs to be comfortable. A spot to relax in comfort would have improved our stay.

Not accommodating

The establishment’s refusal to accommodate my request to book a safe location for my 18-year-old daughter has been a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the hotel’s cancellation of my reservation and subsequent misrepresentation regarding the maintenance of the cabin have caused substantial distress.

The location was great as we were central to the areas we planned on exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was so quiet at night we had no problem drifting off to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time in the cabin. Highly recommend!

Very well taken care of, spacious and not overcrowded. The staff work hard to keep the property clean. The community bbq was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay in the cabin again. Was quiet and peaceful.

My only criticism was the bed in the cabin wasn’t really comfortable.

Very clean cabins and well maintained grounds. Close to the ferry terminal which is a bonus for the early morning departures.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was so nice to be able to pull our car up right next to our cabin. We stayed here in between a week long kayaking trip and a weeklong backpacking trip. Having the vehicle right next to our cabin made it easy to clean, dry and organize our equipment. I highly recommend staying here

Cabin was very clean and comfortable and beautiful !We appreciated a small kitchenette, short distance to downtown, nice area.

No suggestion for improvement.

Cabins were very nice and new and comfortable. Would have loved to stay a few more days. Nice to have a front porch to enjoy in the evening.

Office could have been open a little bit later but made it work.

Cabin was great, but located closest to highway for all the early morning freight traffic.

It was totally spotless with extremely comfortable bedding and had everything you might want: fridge/freezer, TV, sink, etc. BBQs outside. Luxury in a log cabin setting. Very friendly staff.

These cabins are just off the highway behind a bunch of industrial trucking outfits so it doesn't feel like a nature getaway. My impression was people use it as a stopover before the ferry, and it's lovely for that, but kind of wasted. In an actual park (or better yet, on a lake!) it would be magnificent. It is also a bit pricey, but on par for the region.
