no housekeeping due to covid until I checked out

spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, oceanfront property. Nice to have a microwave & mini fridge too.

beds a bit too firm for our liking but ok, screens on the balcony doors would be nice to keep out bugs in the evenings.

Hotel employee at check-in was so helpful. Warm and charming...welcoming...felt like we were at home.

Every room had a waterfront view. The lobby staff were great.

The location was good, great views

They are still doing renovations in the restaurant, which was supposed to be finished, yet its now delayed quite some time. With few places to eat, that's a huge issue.

The restaurant was closed for renovations

The sink was plugged in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Then the lights went out. It was a blackout for two hours from nine until 11:30 the electricity finally came back on when it was time to go to sleep

It's been a while since I've stayed here but thought I would give it another try specifically because I was expecting to have an early morning and the restaurant has a good breakfast. The woman at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. The views are nice - second floor would be much better than lower level. The parking lot is ample. It's a short drive off the highway in a quiet location.

Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation and closed which was unfortunate as this was the entire reason I chose this property. Also some of the rooms were being reno'd and I ended up being put in a room right beside this noise. I ended up getting called out to work a day early and was not issued a refund for the unused night. I wasn't really expecting one as obviously I was within the cancellation time frame, but it would have taken the edge off the frustration and noise of the renos. I didn't realize they had a gym which I would have appreciated as well - it's only in looking up their cancellation policy that I noted the gym.

We were not told that the dining area and restaurant was under construction, which was one of the main reasons that we booked with them

The location was excellent. We especially enjoyed the large covered balcony and the opportunity to watch the working waterfront in action.

We were disappointed to find that the restaurant and pub were unexpectedly closed as we had chosen the hotel so that we didn't have to drive out for meals.

Great view of the marina and bay from all rooms very close drive to the ferry terminal.

All the rooms are water view. Room was clean.
