This hotel features modern design. The outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of downtown Montréal’s Quartier des Spectacles. A kitchenette is featured in all guest rooms. - we found a bed bug in the bed. hotel staff was unprofessional. could not specify whether they had a bed bug problem and did nothing to rectify the situation. in addition they refuse to refund the stay once we left the hotel.
- The cleaners. They asked if I needed service, I said "yes, give me 5 seconds to leave the room". She ran away shouting in French with a attitude. I let her know I left the room, she yelled, "No English". The same experienced was repeated late afternoon.
