Located in the center of the Côte-des-Neiges historic neighborhood in Montreal, Terrasse Royale Hotel is 10 minutes' walk from Côte-des-Neiges Metro Station. It features suites with free WiFi. - This is a very comfortable hotel with a standard room including a separate bedroom,It's in an ideal location - a block from the Metro, and across the street from the SAC and, grocery store.Go to Oliveri's next door - a terrific French bistro!
- The location was fablulous. It was close to many amenities and the metro. The room was actual a suite that was spacious and had bedrooms and a kitchenette which was great!
- Nothing but the location in the city
Cons -
- I found the room a little cool and couldn't seem to heat it up.
- I have never in my life been made to feel so uncomfortable by hotel staff. Not only was the desk clerk abrupt and abrasive he actually made me feel like I was underhanded and sneaky, and the talk of cameras was actually creepy.
- Missing modern standard, old bathroom, old furniture, much too expansive for such a "hotel"! Reminds me of hotels in France or Italy in the early 80's.
