Ever door was sticky. No sleep due to the arguing in hallway and out side are window. People not watching children in the pool and what looked like a food fight in the hallway. Over all a nightmare.

Staff at the front desk were friendly & very helpful. The room was clean and roomy.

The heater in our room was very noisy when it worked. It only stayed on for a very short periods of time and then it shut off, so our room was quite chilly. I was disappointed that there was not good choices of channels on the TV. When we got there, the remote did not work and I had to go down to the front desk to get maintenance to come and fix it. you also need to get new pillows for that room, they’re in pretty bad shape.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location for a pit stop on our way to Edmonton!

After three tries I got a room that was acceptable although I paid far too much for the room on booking.com.

Many unruly people staying there that were noisy along with their kids. Security tried to control them

The staff are welcoming and provided excellent service.

I stepped on broken glass in my room. The housekeeping staff brought a vacuum to the room quickly.

Our dog friendly room was near the patio of the restaurant which allowed us to leave her in the room and still hear her. The restaurant was decent enough too. Room was a good size.

Our room was on the 'pool side'. Note we did not feel this was an upgrade as this is an indoor pool and small play area. The pool was open from 9:00-11:00pm! Small kids were in swimming at 7:30am. It was noisy. The focus is on the pool at this place.

You could access the pool area from a patio door in our room. I thought that was great. The pool area is indoor, so there was no sunlight coming in to wake us in the morning but we had very close access to the parking lot right across the hall.

The noise!! Loud music from 9-11, people screaming. It was too much.

Rooms were horrible. My first room smelt like sewer. Then I was moved into a board room with a. Bed only in the room (they called it there hospitality suite) then for the final move into a regular room. I asked the front desk manager if there would be any compensation for the issues. She advised I was already given a complimentary breakfast when I checked in. I confirmed had not. She advised I did in fact receive one cause that’s what the staff commented on the profile. I told her again I had not. So she determined I would get one free breakfast for all my troubles. Noting I was supposed to get one two free breakfasts at check in.

We liked having a balcony off the pool and a room so close to an outdoor entrance. We also liked that our room had been recently renovated and had a large walk in shower.

The hot tub jets were out of order, no bath tub in our room and our room was a little dirty (thick dust on the vents in the bathroom and when an arm chair near the bed was moved there appeared to be crumbs underneath. Our beds were very damp (like the bedding had been pulled out of the dryer way too soon)

Staff were professional and friendly. Room was clean, shower was good. We asked for space away from pool, and that request was accomodated.

We booked a "suite" It was a room with a lot of floor space, which didn't really qualify in my mind as a "suite". From the photos online I anticipated some sort of separation between sleeping area and living area.

They changed the flooring , no carpet was a pleasant surprise

With the new flooring there was a huge gab between the floor and the door on the connecting door , all noises travelled both ways .

Pool, although children splashing all other guests, wasn't appreciated.

My elderly mother was given a room up a flight of stairs after asking specifically for no stairs. The staff was good to change her room the next day.
