Friendly staff. Super clean and fresh smelling.

The heater made a lot of noise. We let them know so it could be fixed.

Clean towels, good breakfast, barn door in room, keeps room dark and quiet. Blinds keep room dark as well.

My room was clean and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. I loved that the room had a microwave and a fridge. I wish all of this brand of hotel would follow suit.

All was well. My room's door deadbolt wouldn't lock, but there is always a second security option on the doors.

Functional.

A blizzard came through which forced us to have to go home a day early. Non refundable room meant we are out the money for a night even though it was beyond our control.

Everything was great - bed, food, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, etc.

We were coming in for our son¿s university graduation and they were able to accommodate an early check in so we could bring our things in and freshen up. It was much appreciated!

No complaints. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

This was the last day of a 29 day trip and probably our best stay. New and clean. Friendly staff. A large pool. A good full breakfast. Well managed and proof that a good experience can be had despite COVID concerns.

The noise level from kids running around in the rooms above was unexpected.

Hotel offers great amenities such as free very good breakfast, free Internet, free parking, cable TV, very clean rooms and is family-friendly. Close proximity to recreational parks and fast food outlets. Great customer service at check-in and check-out

Clean. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Room was well thought out. A blind shut out all daylight. There was a dimming desk lamp, a bathroom night light, in-shower shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, lots of shelving, coat hooks & a closet. My room had a doorbell light for the hearing impaired.

The beds were really high. I am only 5' 3" and it was hard to get into the beds at night. Luckily I had a footstool in my car that I brought in to help. The room came with a footstool, but since it's on wheels it was dangerous to use for this purpose.

Bed seems to tilt back so head feels like your sleeping downward

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and patient, which is a welcome comfort when driving across the country!
