Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive

I loved the vibe and feel of the hotel. It has retained a lot of its original charm being originally built in the 40s, but didn?t at all feel old or tired. The location and scenery were gorgeous, and the food was quite good and with healthy options!

The entertainment and activity staff were all incredibly friendly, as were the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants. Some of the bartenders and cooks were friendly, some were not.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they are like family and the food is out of this world (from the buffet to the fancy restaurant Eight Rivers). The drinks are plentiful and strong.

The rooms are outdated, an update on the inside of the rooms would make this hotel a real knockout

The view from my balcony was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful, much better than the staff at CN. We felt very welcomed.

The rooms could use some updati g as far as painting, flooring and tile work. The hallways were less than what you should see for a 4 star resort. Paint, and cleaning is needed in the hallways.

This place is truly a dream! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and we enjoyed EVERYTHING, from the food to the hospitality. We even got massages and a bottle of champagne as a gift for our honeymoon! Will be coming back.

Alcoholic drinks taste like they are mixed with water. I would order alcohol only from unopened bottles if you're actually trying to feel what you're drinking.

There is something special about Couples Tower Isle. They make you feel like family and somehow it seems at times like you are the only one there. Food is excellent and will make the most picky people happy. NO TIPPING policy is the best thing ever!

Loved everything about this place. Only recommendation is we noticed some mold forming on the ceiling of our closet. So maybe a small thing to work on but not at all a reason to miss out on this place.

Clean rooms with a great oceanview and very friendly staff.

Beautiful beach, very friendly staff, lots of activities, intimate, easy to navigate resort. Never too crowded. We began to recognize and talk to other couples and staff. Bayside restaurant was our favorite place to eat. Beautiful and relaxing spa.

1 The buffet was ok. Room service was usually buffet quality too. We preferred the nicer, reservation only restaurants (Bayside and Eight Rivers). 2 The liquor drinks were watered down. We expected good quality drinks even while being all inclusive.

My wife and I found the staff to be courteous and responsive to any request. The smiles of the staff were contagious.

The beach is a bit small, but certainly big enough to accommodate the sunbathers.

Second stay at this resort. That should say something in itself. Staff makes you feel like family. Some even remembered us from our stay three years ago.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was so much fun and well worth the price we paid. It was relaxing and I enjoyed that they had couples games at the pool. The food was wonderful and the service was great.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The staff were beyond compare. The food was amazing. The restaurants and bars were fantastic. The beach was only a minute from our hotel room. Wow, just wow.

No umbrellas for shade anywhere and the drive from the airport is too far, I wouldn’t return for those reasons.

I thought the resort could use some updating. Some of the resort could use some TLC and more attention. I know the resort had a massive remodel around 2008-2009 but I believe this is the year for management to invest more into the property.

Loved the snorkeling and all the staff was really friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good and always available.

We are in our 30's and this place seemed more geared for 50years and above. The beach was really small and over crowded. The chicken and seafood was great but the beef/steaks were really dry and tough. Also to far from airport, 2 hour trip.

The resort is beautiful, clean and full of a wonderful staff. Will definitely go back!

The staff at Couples Tower Isle was phenomenal!! They were attentive, courteous, and constantly sought to see that you had the best time possible!

It's quite a drive from the airport (almost 2 hours by resort shuttle), but not a bad ride overall.

they have taken away things they had offered in the past, like horseback riding and shopping in spot for more than 30 min.
