Clean! And in a great area close to everything we needed. Incredible staff that are ready to help, they all made us feel so welcome. Food was very good, compliments to all the staff.

Hot water in the shower wasn’t consistently working but it wasn’t an issue.

The facility needs a good cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting! The fans in the banquet area were filthy!Tvs do not work! Technician came..waste of time..He could not fix problemChairs in lounge area needs to be replaced .Facility needs a little modernizing.

Rooms are overbooked, I was told the previous guest extended their stay and they forgot to block the unit. I had to seek accommodation elsewhere

Staff need to clean inside and out side of toilet bowls.moping the floors and using the mops to wipe around toilet bowls is not cleaning it.

That I had to clean the room when I arrived .it was not to my liking and I have pictures if management would like to see it.

Breakfast was awesome every time

Suitcase stand and or a chair in the rooms to make it more user friendly for adults

The staff was great. Location was central to a bar and pub for those who enjoy a nightlife.

The bathroom is small and no hot water was available.

The back door in the Villa needs to be secured. The lock needs to be replaced .

Smelly room.immediately as I entered the room.there was a must ordor.i told one of the ladiesShe came and.spray .it only got worse. The first name it was so.bad.The security gave me tea and told me he was gonna change. My room.i thought. I was contracting the.flu.the next day, it was worse.Visitor. Was coughing just like myself.i.came.home.with.a cold.awful. smell on my clothing.

Breakfast was good, Location ok. I did not like the noice on Thursday night I had to call to turn down the musical noice

No restaurant so I have to go on the street To get food

Breakfast was delicious and coffe and tea was ready each morning. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10

There was no wifi available in the rooms except for lobby which was a huge disappointment.

I love the environment, and the staff did an excellent job

I didn't like that the breakfast portion was too They should have more options for breakfast
