The bed, especially the topper, the beach, the massages, the attention to detail.

Breakfast could be bigger, and it would be nice to get more drinkable water per day.

Wonderful place rooms were super comfortable and spacious yoga with Angelica superb and staff was helpful and nice

The breakfast can use a bit of love - the choices are great but the cooking of the omelettes and general food could have a slight upgrade in taste.

This is a smallish and therefore quiet and intimate resort enjoying a GORGEOUS location overlooking the sea from all the rooms (except room 15) and featuring a family-run friendly personalized ambiance, gracious service, unfailing gourmet food in an elegant restaurant or terrace. This is not Resort Inexpensive-to-provide Expensive-to-eat fare. Excursions and very good and very reasonable Massages available.Beautiful pool and little sea beach. Lovely rooms with large sea-view balconies w/comfortable chairs. Large well equipped bathrooms. Good shower w/hot water. Clean and quiet. Walk East along the coast possible. Very safe area and adjoining small town.

I loved the colonial style of the hotel, it definitely held up to its name.. serene feel of the property which included a pool, beach, restaurant, bar and spa right by the water. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The shower and clearly marked instructions around the room with instant coffee are and an electric kettle. Las Galeras is a small beach town

This hotel is a well kept treasure ! The location and view are stunning. The staff is super friendly. Free yoga classes included to start your day. Beautiful beaches nearby to visit. I have been here a few times and will be back !

It would be nice to have some high quality coffee available for nice espressos and cappuccinos.

Beautiful colonial style hotel by the sea with lovely pool and gardens. Large comfortable rooms and excellent service. Restaurant served quality food and service was attentive, smiling and efficient.

Avoid room 12. It does not have a sea view and is damp.

It is an amazing hotel, staff is very friendly, the yoga class in the morning is excellent, the massage also, the bar at the pool is also super, the garden and the location is very good. Breakfast is outstanding.

The room needs updating. There are no tables or outlets next to bed. One side of the bed is against a wall, making it difficult for a person to climb in and out.

Amazing location on the beach. Stunning building and comfortable rooms. Easy breakfast.Great staff and service. Yoga in the morning was just amazing, the classic one and with aerial silks.It’s a great place to just relax and forget about the world.

The bed we had in our room is an old style mattress so when your husband moves his toe during the night, you feel it right away so it’s too easy to wake each other up. The only complaint is that, the mattress ! The restaurant on site had great food for dinner but it’s 28% tax so makes it a pricey event.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant even with our lack of Spanish. Gustavo and the bar/food staff were a pleasure to see every day while enjoying an amazing location on the water. Thank you!

Beautiful setting with its own small beach access to the sea. Very comfortable room with a view to the sea. A lovely property and hotel. Great breakfast. Close access to the town which had many restaurant options.

Lunch and dinner at the hotel were only ok - not bad, but they are trying to do too offer too many things. I think they would do better with fewer options done really well rather than lots of choices done ok.

The property is right on the beach and we had a great view from our room, sound of the waves. It was really refreshing.

The room furniture was outdated and the room felt crowded. No TVs in the rooms. The personal was very nice, but you had to go looking for someone if you needed something.

Amazing place with an incredible view... the different tones of the blue see, the sound of the waves, the beautiful well cared garden... good breakfast as well and nice employees... The perfect place to relax and recharge batteries.

The stand up paddle board should be fixed: without the rear fin it can be dangereous... you loose direction control and stability. To have an individual kayak would also be great. For the next time I come.Thanks!

Superb location! Gorgeous views from all the property. Close to beautiful, virgin beaches. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Architecture and furniture take you back in time.

The food at the restaurant had mixed quality. Some dishes were really good and tasty; others are not up to the standards you would expect in this type of hotel.

As I told staff upon checkout, I've traveled extensively and stayed in many wonderful hotels around the world, but this one is at the top of the list. It is in an unbeatably beautiful location, the facilities are charming and clean, the food is consistently wonderful, and the staff is 100 percent warm and friendly. I cannot wait for my next visit. We had torrential rains during my stay which impacted the property, but the staff dealt with it all in the most professional and easygoing nature possible.
