Cons -
- Resort is currently undergoing much needed renovations. Hopefully they will continue until all needed repairs are completed. Worst problem was in a 500+ room resort, there wasn't 1 working ice machine, and 2 of the 4 elevators we tried were out of order.
- The check in process was horrendous. It moved very slow. There was a huge crowd and it was poorly managed. They know the ferry schedule and when large crowds arrive and they were notnorganozed about the process.
- The hotel is kinda isolated and everything in the hotel is super expensive !

This was a very nice resort, so incredibly close to being extraordinary. Beautiful location, great design, layout, and execution. Maintenance and staffing needs help.
5 floors, 400 rooms, found only ONE working ice machine. Hall carpets badly worn. Poolside bar only open 2 days after 4 entire week. Housekeeping worked late into evening to finish. Pool cloudy from too many people. Raw sewage smell from shower drain last
