Hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location.
Price, cleanliness, staff.
It's price and location. Both were very reasonable.

Cons -

I had a small medical alert Service dog with me and the owner of the hotel made it VERY clear they are not a pet friendly motel and we were not really welcome there. And how much trouble they have to go to because there was a dog in the room. Rude person.
No ice machine.
The hot water knob of the shower fixture was broken and the shower head was stuck so could not change it's spray pattern.

Room was good

Said breakfast was at 7. The doors were still locked at 710am. Couldn't access wifi and when called no one called back.
