Location to South High School

Having to pay for WiFi, no hot tub. Loud neighbors at 4:30 in the morning. Non carpeted floors were very loud.

I like how the rooms are! Very comfortable. It?s quiet!

The only thing I would like is for the pool to stay open later for Adults that would like to go swim without kids in there!

The rooms were small but functional for an overnight stay. Literally only slept and showered here and it was perfect for that.

The check in stay looked and acted like they were 2 12 year old boys. Not very helpful at all.

Breakfast

The hotel was amazing. The staff that checked us in were over less than par a failure. The girl did not greet us. The girl demanded my drivers license and credit card. The girl huffed and puffed like we were an inconvenience.

No carpet in the room. No coffee pot. Towels were cheap.

Style, clean, amenities, staff. Really liked this property.

I booked this hotel specifically for a King bed and there was not one available even though I arrived five minutes after booking.

The place was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast with everything you'd expect. I enjoyed it.

Very modernistic and minimalist. There was no bedside light or lamp. You had to turn off the light at the door and then find your way to the bed. There was not room for two suitcases except on the floor. The middle night stand was very small.

Location

Booked a king room, got placed in a double queen. Nothing they would do instead or refund.

Nothing was as expected.

Broken A/C. No Toiletries. Poor Quality Material. I didn¿t find any big differences which should be in a Hilton and not just a regular motel on the road.

Staff was amazing.

The rooms were very dirty. Sheets has not been changed and hair on the wall of the shower.

Clean,excellent breakfast.Has pool table and games in the lobby.

40 minutes to check in¿. No wait just staff that wasn¿t trained or assisted. The manager appeared to observe this was happening and did not step in. I had an infant and a dog and was extremely tired and wanted a fast check in

Checking on one day at 4:45am and was told needed to wait 45 minutes to check in, then came back later that night and got a room that was on the small side.

Staff at breakfast area was rude, close drink machine right on our face without letting us get some juice

There are so many little features that just make the stay more enjoyable. Something as simple as having a rolling table in the room to eat or use for whatever. The king size bed was very comfortable. It¿s a pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was good.

I have an anxious pup when it comes to staying in a new place and I wish hotels would have just a little fenced in area where she could roam and do her business. She refuses to do her business on the leash. Even if it was a little 10x10 area.

It had plenty of room. Clean, and great service.
