Beds were comfortable

Breakfast was not there at 7am and staff was not the most pleasant

Easy access to downtown and Cheyene Frontier Days Rodeo..

The room odor was horrendous!! The carpets were filthy. The staff, especially the manager were very unfriendly.

Rude, unwilling to listen and inflexible for changing dates for an emergency. I wasn’t even asking for a refund just a change of dates. Sarcastic and unsympathetic management.

Front desk attendant was extremely rude, ignored our presence for several minutes, even though she saw us standing at the front desk. Eventually yelled from a back room that she didnt clock in until 3 so we would have to wait for service until then.

The manager was really nice. Close to the location I needed to visit for business

The room was very outdated, and bathroom was run down. The breakfast was lacking.

Shower température either too hot or cold, water pressure dropped in between. The pool was buggy even after skimmed by staff. Out of laundry soap. I crossed the street to convince store and gavethe remainder to desk with no offer of reimbursement

Whole place was filthy. Staff made us leave breakfast at 9:00 sharp. We had to take our food to our room, she didn’t let us finish eating. Staff all looked trashy.

I have a fully qualified ADA Service Animal and I was improperly charged a ?pet fee? I have all necessary paperwork (that is NONE) and it?s illegal to ask for paperwork. Desk people need to know the law/rules

I've passed by several times and I had no idea it was so nice. The bedding was so comfortable. I found the website to purchase the blankets and sheets. The guys at the front desk were helpful and friendly. (Taylor and Noah) A special thank to Noah!

Dirty. Shower wouldn't drain. Staff had bad attitude.

The door to the room doesn't properly lock. When I told the concierge I was told to giggle the handle & not to worry, he would be there all night. *Solo female traveler

New Staff needs more training, I was charged an extra fee even after my room had already been paid for. Supposed to get a refund but stillI have used p waiting.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft.

Trains run behind Hotel. Woke up several times with horns. no sausage, egg or potato unlike the same chain the night before which was $50 less. door to room is very heavy and won¿t stay open without major force.

the best part about this motel was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. both where good.

the reason we picked this motel was to have 3 beds for 3 men to sleep. this room was to have 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper hid a bed but the sofa sleeper was badly broken and not useable they be bring a roll-way to our hallway after we went back

Friendly staff, room was conveniently located, breakfast was good.

Doors were a little iffy. Card keys kept malfunctioning, and door would not latch without force.

said it had an indoor pool...not the case only an outdoor pool. had weird white stuff floating in the coffee, so i have no idea if the breakfast was good after finding the white stuff. bring plug ins for the wall for phones. they do not have ports.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are huge and I absolutely love that they have a bench for the showers for anyone who needs it, I have never seen that before.

Good location and easy to find. Serves basic need of a place to stay.

For the star level of this hotel, it had a comfortable bed with really soft sheets. Great water pressure in shower.
