Rodeway Inn Cheyenne I-80 East

Owners were in process of plowing back money for zero economic profits which shows lack of killing the patron.

The place was not in a local good for one besides truckies. I'm an elder Walker and State leader who pays too much for premium rides.

The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and warm.

Smoke smell in hallways and entrance.

TV wouldn't turn off. No drinking cups. No elevator. Smelly halls- cigarette smell. Dirty carpet. Exterior in disrepair.

Entire motel was dirty, not well kept and just overall ran down. Staff were hard to get a hold of and almost nonexistent

Filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Room had piles of dirt on floor, linens dirty and stained, dirty towel on floor, graffiti on fridge, bathtub had paint peeling off around it. Never seen anything like it.

It was old, run down and nothing showing where office was. I didn?t even stay there as soon as I saw it and it?s location! Was very upset that it was nothing like the website showed. Plus, lost money

Location right off of main road

Cockroaches in bathroom, blood stains on curtains, gap between main door and floor, located at a truck stop.

The price was doubled up for the regular price and false advertisement, no breakfast was offered and it is in the advertisement

Good location, and cost was in our price range (we travel on a budget and look for low cost). No frills. The only chair in the room as uncomfortable.

This hotel chain advertises that breakfast is included. It is not, however! We did find a satisfactory place to eat breakfast, though. This hotel was adjacent to a truck stop/gas station, but fortunately our room was quiet.

The guy at the desk. Big teddy bear. Right off I-80, then easy to get in and out for an overnight traveler.

The TV. Old tube TV clearly needs to be replaced.

staff, close to food and sights

it was hard to find no lit signs, needs updated in room like new mattress and outside needs cleaned up, in all the whole motel needs a complete updating.

Manager was nice

The bathroom ceiling was peeling, bathtub, furniture need updating, unclean,sheets were stained, located at truck stop

Location

Checked in and found I was given a room with 1 bed when I booked and paid for a double queen room. Front desk agent didn't even mention I had been switched to a single queen room. Room wasn't very clean with burns all over, had to find new accommodations.

Way out in boom docks and motel real run down .and mattress was all worn out uncombable you just sink in when you lay down on it and Hard to fine ..GPS takes you to different location ..overall bad experience ..never again at that motel

Asked for ground floor room, didn't receive, No elevator only stairs, was charged twice, different price, No Breakfast, Terrible smell in all of Hotel

It was close to a good steakhouse¿

No bedspread. Bad mattress brown looking sheets a rotten towel that ripped when I went to dry my hands no microwave. No nightstands by the bed no coffee pot. Hole in the wall by bed. Terrible place. Our backs hurt for two days

Clean rooms

Dishonest staff.....charged me twice for room then said it was for a deposit. Blantantly lied about prices and the fact that they charge an extra $60 plus deposit. Total jerks!!

It was close to where I needed to spend my days. I think the staff recognized how run down the hotel is and was very thoughtful about trying to make my stay better

It did not include breakfast, wi-fi didn't work, no phone in room, only 1 electrical outlet, first room I checked the AC didn't work, so they gave me another room, AC worked but it rattled, the refrigerator in the room was broken, but they replaced it.

The hotel was very hard to find. There was blood on the carpets, mold in the bathroom and smelled very heavily of smoke.

Price, but you got what you paid for

Their (free breakfast) was a small basket of snacks and a coffee pot
