I would not stay here again.

It took 30+ minutes to check me in.The internet did not work.They were paid for two nights by booking.com and they insisted I pay again for the 2nd night. So I had to pay double for one night.I was polite and respectful and management would not contact me or respond to my emails.The front desk clerk was also cleaning rooms as the house keeper. I think this hotel is poorly managed.

It’s new and clean and not far from downtown.

No wash clothes and minimal towels. Front desk guy was not that friendly.

Showers are small / I’m 5’11 and husband 6’5 lacks room to move , had to take shower sideways due to lack of room to move . … and hot water was lukewarm

The bed was very high and difficult to get into. Not recommended for older slightly handicapped people.

Staff was super, rooms had great amenities including motion lighting. Was in a great location with easy access to highways, downtown, and activities but wasn't on a too-busy road.

Smart TV was smarter than I was, but I didn't spend much time trying to figure it out.

The couch was nice

The bed was super high and the water pressure a dribble.

Location was easy to get to. Beds were comfortable.

Easy to get to, new interior, new building

The rear door still doesn’t work so basically half the parking lot is pointless. There was some sort of event happening in the morning and those people were using all of the luggage carts so nobody checking out on Friday morning got any luggage carts.

this looked very new, so very clean. room was huge and well appointed. Cheyanne town is only a few minutes away so good location and very reasonably priced

Back doors were not working, which is where all the parking is so everybody was parking in the mud out front, so then the entire facility was covered in mud from people parking in the mud and walking through it and then walking into the facility. They probably would've been better for them to just prop the doors open in the back and put a guard there then to have everyone park in the mud.The pantry or whatever they call it was closed for some sort of repair the whole time that I stayed there except for the last morning. So if that was something to increase the experience, I didn't get to experience it. The walls and the floors are very thin, I could hear everybody walking around in all the rooms adjacent to me and above me.

New, so everything looked nice & worked properly.

The toilet had hairs on the rim & there were food crumbs on the shelves, so the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was mud and dirt in the elevator and hall floors.

Location, clean, the bed & pillows were very comfortable. Actually liked that there was no carpet in the room.
