My Place Hotel Cheyenne

Very clean, modern rooms for an affordable price. Located right off the interstate which was convenient for my travels and still super quiet!

Front desk doesn’t appear to be staffed at all times requiring a call from lobby phone/wait to check in but pretty minor and clerk was super nice and efficient once she arrived!

The room looked nice and the staff were good, especially the manager I spoke with the morning of departure.

Yes. The bed. I itched all night long and woke up with hair all over his shirt. Looked like cat hair. It literally COVERED me. Disgusting. Paying over a $100 for an unclean bed is unacceptable. I mean, an unclean bed is NEVER acceptable.

We appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and our rooms were clean. Also, the staff (while short-handed) was friendly and accommodating in each interaction.

I booked two rooms - one for me and one for my parents. It would have been nice to have rooms next to each other or even on the same floor.

It was clean and well maintained.

I like trains, but some people may find it a bit difficult falling asleep as the hotel is across the street from a busy train route.

outside sign missing, extremely loud 3 AM-7 AM, doors slamming, people coming/going/screaming in hall, phones playing loud music, freezer made awful noises-had to unplug it; dirty old half eaten burrito inside; mngmnt did nothing, where is my refund?

Size and cleanliness of the room.

All of the employees were extremely strange and trashy. They didn¿t look clean and appeared homeless. They had an infant and several dogs behind the registration desk.

The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and friendly¿ he gave me tips on the route for my next-day¿s travel that was spot on. I loved the kitchenette¿ and having a recliner in the room was a game changer!!

I loved that there was a kitchenette in the room! The bathroom was big and homey. The beds were very comfortable.

Every thing! It was a good sized room. Very clean and up to date! Staff are friendly and helpful. The first hotel I stayed in that was higher than my expectations.

There is no free breakfast, that is a lie. There is only paid breakfast in bed option.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was a good size.

Upon arrival, our key cards that were just given to us didn't work, duvet cover on one of beds had possible blood stains on them. The bathroom toilet hadn't been cleaned and had stains from previous guest. Hotel was booked so couldn't change rooms.

It was immaculately clean! The room has everything you need, including a kitchenette area! Loved the room! The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Coffee was always available in the lobby.

The renovated room was nice.

There was no pool as indicated. The first floor was under renovation and there was construction debris everywhere. There was no continental breakfast. The room had a kitchen but no kitchenware. Advertised as a 3-star hotel but it was definitely not.

Air conditioning didn¿t work and when we spoke to staff they didn¿t seem to care very unprofessional for such a nice place

Staff was great and a shout out to Thomas in maintenance, What a great individual. Hotel was about what expected for money spent. Would stay again.
