Best Western Cheyenne

Location & good breakfast with hot items.

Sink had hair on it so wasn?t cleaned well. TV was tricky to work.

Used the hotel again since last trip

Quality went down since May 21. Could not use the pool since was being painted, even with time available to do so. Think I did the same mistake the last time of not going down the road enough to find it.

The furnishings were nice quality. There didn't seem to be any construction going when we arrived and hadn'thadn't started before we left. So that was nice the construction time is limited.

The 3rd floor was blocked off for construction. There were lots of construction containers in the parking lot.

I usually stay at this hotel every time I get a room. It is usually a very nice place to stay, however, this time my room was given to someone else after I paid for the room and was in it.

The manager was rude and disrespectful when it came to me getting my money returned. You would think you would keep a copy of the ID of the person that checked in.

Spacious bathroom, pool temp was good and the hot tub was up and running. Great breakfast.

Some repairs (corner tiles, etc. were not done professionally.

Pretty old, could use some updating but for the price it was ok. It was clean and served the purpose for one night.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Apparently they ONLY have wifi in the lobby and business center. Couldn't do schoolwork without someone looking over my shoulder

The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was good.

The carpets were stained, the bathroom floor was crumbling, the hallways had an unpleasant odor.

Pool

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. That is the one thing we wanted and it was broke down. Very disappointing. Will not ever stay at this hotel because of this reason. Front desk guy was rude and would not offer us a refund or compensation.

The room had an awful odor. I asked to move but was told the hotel was sold out. Upon check out, I asked if the hotel was sold out and was told there were two suites available. The bathroom in the room was in bad shape cosmetically.

Of course the pictures are of a perfectly clean comfortable hotel. The pool is nasty. The rooms don¿t match the cleanliness of the photo.

Pool floor, water was nasty. Carpeting, paint, caulking is time for an update-well worn. Whoever painted to pool area , slopped all over-not detailed job which presents as not careful/clean/lack of presentation-walls baseboard, peeling & floating in water

They are back to serving hot breakfast. They are the only ones who insist in guests using gloves to get food from buffet table. I commend these.

Good breakfast and quiet

The cable television did not work. Called the desk and the staff said the cable system did not work well. They need to deal with this issue. Also there were dogs in the lobby and in the elevators. Did not read that this hotel was pet friendly.

The housekeeper was extremely gracious and helpful.

The bathroom smelled terrible with chlorine. The housekeeper apologized and told us it was because of treating the shower with a mold treatment. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan on with the door closed for the two nights we were there.

Able to walk to dinner.

Hair dryer in room 112 doesn't work.

Location to a restaurant.

Front desk staff was exceptional Breakfast was really good!
