The desk staff was friendly.

Many things: substandard room and breakfast, hot water didn't work in sink, etc.

The friendly staff, the convenient location, and the low price.

Carpet was dirty, some lights didn't work. Room dated.

The staircase to the second floor blocked the direct line from our van into the doorway into the motel.This was a problem when we seniors tried to carry a heavy pet cage into the room.

Very friendly staff, service with a smile! We forgot our Greyhound bus ticket and bought another which Greyhound sent to our email to be printed. This could be an "oh no!" moment, but they printed out our Greyhound bus ticket for us. :)

It?s close to where I needed to be

Coffee maker but no cups and no coffee

Beds were nice and soft

The floor was filthy ,,,we had no tv,,and every morning at 7 they would call and wake us up after repeatedly being told quit calling

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. WiFi was unusably slow. Few TV channels so slow took a long time to load using remote. Stinkbug hanging over bed. Bathroom musty smelling. Quality Inns are usually disappointing but this was one of the worst

Dirty filthy floors are straight dirt you have to leave your shoes on the carpet needs cleaned bad for allergies

The room was disgusting. The smell when you walked in made you almost vomit, and I am being 100% honest. We took our stuff and went next door to the Hampton inn. The pictures shown are HIGHLY photoshopped.

Good value for the price and exceeded our expectations. Friendly front desk person at check-in.

Room didn't have toilet paper and it was an older hotel, but front desk person offered to switch our room. However, it wasn't necessary and as I said, this far exceeded our expectations...especially for the price.

Clean and quiet room. Excellent breakfast package. First time enjoying hotel breakfast. Will definitely choose this hotel next time I¿m on the route.

The towels were too old. I used my own towels.

It is a normal hotel with comfortable beds, a nice breakfast and an outdoor seasonal pool.

The hotel room was clean, but there were what seemed to be bleach stains on the carpet. Bur not really an issue of cleanliness.

The female desk clerk was very nice

The evening male desk clerk gave pool towels but pool was not open and had no water in it. The iron had bad knocks in sides and it ruined my new dress with massive snags everywhere and stained it with what appears to be oil.

Fast check in, conveniently located, friendly staff. Microwave, refrigerator!

Fairly recent fiberglass tub, but someone did something to create pits, so tub just was not clean. Older motel style design, outside doors, no hallways. For this style, room numbers are not large enough with sufficient contrast to be found at night

The outside didn¿t look bad

Staff at the desk was rude. There was police activity out front, it was dirty, it smelled like marijuana. A strange man was Sitting on the floor on the 3rd floor outside our door and the desk clerk didn¿t even check it out.

The rooms was large and roomy even with 2 queen beds. Very clean,very comfortable.

No,well the vending room only had 1 vending machine with snacks and there was very few in that one

Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good.

Our first room, when you turned the light off in the bathroom, it would trip a breaker and shut the whole back of the room off. Staff put us in another room. The 2nd room you had to beat the crap out of the door just to get it open.

Met my requirements - clean bed, hot shower, fridge and microwave, safe neighborhood.

Not really, met all my expectations.
