- 3 of the staff members I met were extremely helpful and very pleasant, one is the housekeeper Nikki she cleans the rooms great, and then 2 of the guys at the desk Rob and I don't know the other guys name he has a long beard they were both nice and helpful

- The guy with the long hair at the desk works evening's is rude

- Did not have room that we reserved-2 double beds. They ?upgraded? us to queen suite with sleeper sofa-did not want sleeper sofa as they are uncomfortable. The room stunk and was not in good condition. Smoke alarm went off due to dust on heater.
