Quality Inn Parkersburg North-Vienna

GREAT PEOPLE, BIG ROOM AND GOOD PRICE. OOH AND A GOOD HOT BREAKFAST.

It?s proximity to the office I had an appointment at.

Dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door, bathroom was filthy and full of hair, carpet dirty, sheets stained.

The people were nice and courteous

Light in bathroom was out. Fixtures are rusted. Hallway carpet needs scrubbed.

They made me use my credit card to put a 150 dollar deposit down on the room .. it showed up in my bank account as pending the entire week after getting the room on Sunday .. and the amount didn?t match .. it showed up as 204.58 charge pending for 6 days

Good price for a night's stay.

Room air conditioner was too loud. Breakfast was ok. Got there at 8:30 and some of the food was gone and not replenished.

Breakfast hours 6am-9am. Hotel and rooms smelled odor, I scheduled for 2 nights left after one night, tried to get a refund for 2nd night only received 50% of it back, also paid an extra deposit when I checked in of $157.00. Do stay far away from this one

The price was right. Although when I got there my room reservation was incorrect and had to be fixed.

The toilet didn?t flush properly and overflowed onto the floor and the toilet tank components were broken and needed replaced. In the shower the wall covering was peeling. The headboard of the bed had some of the decorative metallic strips peeled off.

The check in staff on the first evening was great and understanding

There was no cleaning services offered during my stay to my room. There was a staff member that was intrusive when we used the pool, asking what room we were in,although she had just passed my daughter and I in the hallway moments prior.

Located close to Camden Clark Hospital.

There were 3 bars of used soap in the shower so I assume it wasn¿t cleaned. Had I not been exhausted I would¿ve asked for another room because if they missed 3 bars of soap they probably didn¿t clean the room. Thankfully I had a pillow and a few blanke

Needs a remodel. Beds weren't great.

The latch to my door was broken. There was a shower timer. There was someone across the hall smoking weed. It felt more like the red roof inn.

The front desk staff was awesome and super helpful. The beds and pillows were soft and comfy. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Clean pool.

Especially with Covid, I expect a stepped up cleaning. The beds were made but one looked like someone took a tumble on it. The bathroom: There was a shirt hanging on the back of the door and there was what appeared to be blood down the side of the TP roll

They were rude and stereotyped me and my family for absolutely no reason kicked us out and overcharged my card

The entire experience was disappointing. Mattress was worn, main entry door to room was difficult to close, AC unit was loud, water line made a loud noise when toilet refilled. Door cards often wouldn¿t unlock doors. I could go on and on.

First room AC didn't work. Second room 1 of the beds didn't seem fresh. Other day looked ok.

There were bloodstains throughout the room. The room was in horrible condition. The sheets were stained, chair ripped, lock broken, beat up furniture. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

The air conditioning would not stay on more than 15 minutes or so, so it was extremely hot at night. Very hard to sleep.

Very nice bed and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The pool is clean but very small.

Something about this hotel. It has a character of old. Rooms were nice, location good and the staff was awesome. Despite the low price, don't hesitate to stay here.
