- Mattress very hard and lumpy. Subject smoking weed on our floor going into hallway. Early morning dog barking in Room 412. Did complain to hotel staff about issues and did nothing about it. We did ask for maid service daily but bed made.
- I was double charged, given the wrong room and had to wait 45 minutes at midnight so the staff could figure out how to check me in.

Very pet friendly! Dogs of all sizes welcomed enthusiastically at NO extra charge. I have a 150lbs bullmastiff that the staff was wonderful with.

It's a new hotel and very clean. The free breakfast offers many good choices. The staff was very helpful. The fridge in my first room wasn't operating properly so they moved me to a nicer room. I really enjoyed the upgrade. The rooms are quiet and nice.
There was a problem where I was charged twice but Michelle the morning desk clerk went the extra mile to fix it so I am grateful.
