- The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
- Very nice clean room. They had high quality shampoo and body wash conveniently located in the shower. The whirlpool in the swimming pool area was wonderful. Best continental breakfast ever. Very tasty. This is a nice hotel and i will be staying again soon
- Cleanliness and quiet. Nice hotel staff
Cons -
- The hot tub jets were not working but it was definitely a step up from the last two stays at a SpringHill Suites Hotel the hot tubs in those last two places did not work at all which was disappointing because that was the only reason we chose the hotels.
- Water pressure
- Location by itself not in a shopping district
