As this was a house rental and a turn of the century house at that. Having a full kitchen was beneficial.

Cons -

As this was a turn of the century house, it needed some serious updating to the bathrooms. The main bath in the house was to a point we did not want to use it unless we had to. The half bath toilet rocked back and forth and no heat in there.

As this was a turn of the century house, it needed some serious updating to the bathrooms. The main bath in the house was to a point we did not want to use it unless we had to. The half bath toilet rocked back and forth and no heat in there.
