Clarion Inn Harpers Ferry-Charles Town

The woman who checked us in was wonderful to interact with.

The room was okay with the bathroom dated. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the toilet was stained. I felt that the price was a bit higher than what the hotel reflected.

I liked the Hotel was close to Harper's Ferry Proper and Charles Town WV. Plenty of Parking, and we had a nice view from room.

Hallways were dark, and the room could have used a deep clean. Shower head was corroded with scales. The shower made a loud squealing noise when hot water was being used. The pool area was nice, but the water temperature was too chilly.

Straight forward, great staff, clean room, fantastic bed . . . Happy

Filthy. The carpets, the doors, the walls. This hotel is a dump

Filthy. The carpets we dirty and I mean extremely filthy, the walls we dirty, the doors as I walked to my room we cover in dirt, grim and gross, the room itself had filthy carpets and floors

The hotel was dark, dingy, damp and creepy. It had a bad vibe to it. Oh, and it has bed bugs.

It was dog friendly. So they put his gear the exit so that my dog go out to her business. The restaurant and the breakfast

Fruit was OLD, AND, I called the front desk for a 5:30am wakeup call to leave and catch my plane. NOBODY EVER CALLED ME. I waited untill 5:45am, and called them. all i got was "oh im sorry" after letting it ring 20 times. Very UNENGAGED , uncaring staff

breakfast was LEFTOVER EGGS, they were dry and hard. disgusting. and sausages were leftover and hard (obviously the frozen kind). breakfast was NOT MADE FRESH. I paid for FRESH breakfast. DISGUSTING , plus the coffee was undrinkable. weak and flavorless

Location is right next to Harpers Ferry

The room was very dirty, blood smears on bathroom door, no water pressure at all in the shower, and you hear every single noise from the hallway.

My key card had to be fixed 3 time in my 2 nights there because it would not open my door. The breakfast selection was minimal.

The bed and bedding were excellent! Location is very convenient to highway and sight.

Dirty, stained carpets. Stairs not vacuumed. Stained towels. Variety of hairs in bathroom. Food quality was worse than most hotels if this caliber.

I had to keep going to the front desk because the people in the room next door kept the music so loud we could hear it over the tv

I liked best the location. It's very close to Harper's Ferry National Park Visitors Center. There is a good restaurant was attached to the hotel. The price was very affordable.

The room was filthy, could not turn on heat due to the dirty filter.

It has very easy access to Harpers Ferry. The beds were comfortable. The shower was ok. The breakfast was ok

The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. The sink did not drain properly. The breakfast needs more fresh fruit. Add hot chocolate as a beverage.

Staff was kind, breakfast was good.

The room we got smelled like straight mildew. It was terrible. We checked in pretty late and there was another wedding that day so no rooms were available. Would not go back.
