The bed was awful and the water didn’t get that hot Also the stink bugs at the door way gross

It's an older hotel but the rooms have been remodeled at some point and are relatively modern. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

No elevator.

Staff very nice and helpful. Location was perfect for my trip.

Coffee in the room , packets are not good. But coffee in lobby was good.

The staff here is top notch, and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They are, by far, the friendliest staff I¿ve had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel I¿ve ever stayed in, no hyperbole.

My only complaint is the small selection of the continental breakfast, but that¿s less a complaint and more just a recognition of what to expect from a moderately priced hotel chain.

Clean room, friendly and efficient staff.

The heat was hard to regulate. Either too hot or too cold.

check in was smooth, rooms were well organized, welcome coffee/tea were nicely placed, Breakfast room we liked it - healthy breakfast with various choices, laundry room that hikers would love. Entire place is well maintained.

Friendly staff and very clean.

The room had a very strong musty odor and felt damp. We did not complain because it was late when we checked in. It was the last double available and only spent one night. That room was not worth the $--- we paid it definitely needs a humidifier.

The rooms are amazingly clean for the price. Everything was well upkept. The location is great, too. We walked about a mile to get to lower Harpers Ferry from the hotel and saw the scenic island next to the Shenandoah. There is also quick AT access.

The TV remote did not work properly. We don't really watch cable anyway, so it was fine with the speedy WiFi access.

Lack of Staff. Breakfast was limited to items and needed more space to sit and eat.

All though in a very tiny room, they had an excellent breakfast.

No elevator! Steps and hall were littered. Never vacuumed the three days we were there. Ice maker on bottom floor which made it hard on us, being having medical issues to walk up and down to get. That is when it worked. Had a reservation for first floor.

Location near town

The room was dingy, smelled bad, and the shower did not work well.

Clean and comfortable accommodation near historic district. While not the flashiest of motels it provided a good nights sleep with comfortable beds. Room very clean.

Breakfast room was small and very busy.

The room was fantastic! No stale odors. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The back steps to the second floor and the landing were in need of repair.

I liked the bed best! The hotel room was newly renovated and very comfortable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

They had paid attention to concierge stuff - they literally have a concierge section in their welcome book in the room. I was impressed! Very nice and kind staff, helpful with suggestions.

I liked everything at this nice and small hotel.

The daytime desk lady was very friendly and most helpful.
