Comfort Inn Beckley

Good location to highway.

Not a disaster but not particularly clean. Room felt old and dusty. Walls and ceiling very thin. You will hear every step above you and every closing door or voice in the hallway. Overall, ok if you can’t find anything else.

Walls & ceiling seemed thin; could hear people/noises from other rooms. Particularly the ceiling - LOUD creaks from guest above walking. Bathroom sink faucet had not been cleaned/ had toothpaste spit all over it. Luckily I had disinfectant wipes!

I feel the lobby is your first impression, the chairs were soiled and needed cleaning. Touch up paint for walls!

The room was very noisy. Footsteps on the upper floor were thunderous, hallway noise was very loud. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise and a very different experience than other hotels.

This hotel labels that it has a indoor pool and does not, do not try and sleep past 8 am in this hotel ,staff very loud and walls so thin you can hear neighbors using bathroom will not stay again brought my disappointment to Manger and they just throw th

We liked staying here. It was clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was completely booked the night we stayed and the staff handled everything well. They even helped walk-ins find another hotel when they had to turn them away.

Location - right off the interstate. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel was very clean. The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful.

Our only complaint was a musty carpet cleaner odor in the hallway.
