Only one elevator was working. The breakfast area is way too small for the amout of guest the hotel holds. They need to put some money in this location and make the lobby and breakfast area much bigger. I also suggest having food allergy breakfast options

Bed was uncomfortable in the double room, breakfast not as good as in the past, room bathroom looks worn

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

Our bathroom door would not latch closed and the main door to the hall fit so poorly that the hall light shone through on the top and side.

Location was good for my travel plans. Clean room is very important. Free breakfast and parking, Cable TV. Restaurants nearby were convenient. We went to the Texas Steakhouse and it was a good experience.

The bathroom was dated, but still clean, so ok for me. I understand for the star rating of the hotel this is not a bad thing. If you like a fancy bathroom, book a 4 star hotel.

We forgot a set of earbuds and when I called about it- the staff was very helpful; they returned our call several days later with the great news that they'd been found and sent them to us. Such honesty among the cleaning staff is rare! Thank-you!

One thing¿ the sofa sleeper was way smaller than I thought. I had two adults squished together on it. Not good.

We had a dirty toilet upon arrival and had to call the evening staff. The guy working the front desk was very responsive and handled it like a champ!!

The location, clean well light bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast 2 free waters and 2 cookies on arrival.

Easy and quick access, seamless check-in. And as always a clean room ready for a relaxing night. I am a big fan of Hampton hotels - you always know what to expect.

I did not notice anything that needs to be addressed. No concerns.

Way over priced for the lack of cleanliness in our room!

No hot water. The hotel desk did not tell us upon check-in we did not find out until 10 PM at night that the hot water had been out all day and would not be fixed for hours today. And now they want to just give us $25 credit instead of a refund

We like the location, breakfast, and staff are friendly.

The hotel was really nice, very clean and with pleasant staff. The room was a good size and the bathroom was big and laid out well.

Breakfast was okay but not great, waffle makers were not working and eggs were cold. Muffins and coffee were good.

We always stop for the night here when we are traveling to North Carolina. Always very clean an friendly. Close to interstate so easy on an off but is not noisy an a get a good night's rest.

No regular coffee pods in the room for early am awakening.

Convenient location.

Wish the room was cleaner, especially with Covid & everything. There were black hairs all over the room & bathroom (even in the towels). I did an extra wipe down of the main surfaces I would be using when I arrived & most surfaces had thick dust.

Great mattresses. Room layout is nice for business travel with wife.

In #104 on a cold night the window leaked so badly I plugged the crack with a blanket to keep my feet warm while working at the desk. Booked online and were not advised that this is location allows pets in the rooms. My wife had an allergic reaction.
