Elevator broken. Staff didn’t know which stairwell was closer to my room.

The staff was kind

The bath tub was old and peeling, there was black curly hair in the tub and sink, and the toilet was broke so we had to lift the back lid off to fix it after every flush.

I always like when the hot tub is hot and the pool is warm.

I was a little surprised it didn’t come with a complementary breakfast of any sort.

Every thing are great only I don’t like I book for a new wed they didn’t stay a night, something happened

Very clean in all areas, from bathroom to sheets and pillows.

Access wasn't great, but mostly due to the area being busy and all the construction going on.

The air conditioner when it first came on was spitting out dirt onto the one side of the bed.

Cleanliness, upscale accommodations

Front desk staff (save for 1) were all young and involved in personal conversations, never offered to help me. Also I got no hotel info on check in, just that what floor I was on, keys, and directions to elevator

There were ants all over both nightstands in our room. Also we rented the hotel to be able to swim with our grandchildren who are 1 & 3 but the pool was hotter than the hot tub which was extremely hot and we were not even able to use the pool. Waste of $$

bed was very comfortable, very nice room. I was in town from IL to see the Mothman Museum. Staff at front desk was nice. Just a good experience, would stay again if I'm in area.

Loved this hotel - very clean and updated. Comfortable beds, pillows, room temperature control was perfect, good water pressure in the shower. Super nice, accommodating staff.

It really was pretty perfect - no complaints

The room was huge. The lobby area and outdoor areas are very inviting. There is a miniature golf course, some fitness equipment, breakfast was great. The hotel bar looked clean and inviting. There are lots of comfortable chairs and tables downstairs.

Room 204 had been smoked in... a lot. just walking up to the door I could smell that stale nasty old smoke smell. The staff was very helpful and put me in another similar room, 318. It smelled like mildew, moldy dog smell. I got some cleaner and cleaned.

Bed hard as a rock. Coating peeling on bath tub. "Free" breakfast was actually $12 per adult, $6 per child-we ate elsewhere. Hot tub dirty;slick film of scum on steps that made me fall. Location great except the strip joint right next door.

There was a hot tub and shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles available in the shower. The bed and room were super clean and there was a waffle house across the street

My TV turned on by itself on Friday night Saturday morning and I hadn't even touched it. Made me uncomfortable

Tub: Inside surface SERIOUSLY peeling zzzz with possible mildew or mold under the damaged covering left intact. Stopper would not keep water in tub. Shower sprayer and tub faucet continuously leaking and dripping. Heating system non-op

I called the day before booking hotel and asked if hot tub was working..was told yes. It's been down for over 2 months ¿¿ Ordered from the restaurant..do not get the chicken alredo or anything w chicken..made my gf and I sick looking at it. We didn't

How clean it was and the staff was super friendly.

Would not recommend the restaurant part staff was nice but food was either burnt or not cooked long enough had a omelet and eggs were runny and ordered a quesadilla and it was burnt. Cold coffee wen I paid 15.00 for a thermos full very disappointing.

Room was not very well cleaned

The staff was amazing. We had issues with the King Suite we booked and had to downgrade to a king deluxe. Hotel employees were VERY helpful and always polite. The ladies in the restaurant were great too.

Our original room was on the 1st floor and the shade was broken, so everybody could see in our room. We had to move into a deluxe room, which ruined the set up we normally have for our daughter. Everything else was ok.

The jacuzzi is AWESOME! Helped relax my back muscles.. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was discounted to my price range for the night which made the stay even more special.

1. My credit card somehow was deleted from hotel info at check in..As a result they ran my card for an additional $90. I still haven't received this money back after being told it would be refunded since I checked out. Next to gentleman's club..noissu
