Hampton Inn Huntington/Barboursville

Close to where we neeeded to be.

The room I was in needed a new flapper in the toilet. The stool was leaking water past the flapper.

Convenient location for me, clean room. And good breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean spacious room, good breakfast.

Road access is problematic. Difficult to get in and out due to traffic.

I was in town for a music festival, hotels booked all around the venue, I was lucky to get this one, the drive was about 30 miles from the festival. From start to finish, everyone at the hotel did a great job. The hotel was very clean and organized.

I I like the place for the convenience

The bathroom cpmmodr wasnt working I called downstairs they said no maintenance worker available The y ask to move us the inconveniences of moving they didnt offer to help My one night stay should be refunded for the inconveniences

The staff was very friendly.

Their were blood stains on the sheets & comforter, dirty tissues in the floor under the curtain and the bathtub needs updated. Either rust or nasty around it.

I just like that Hampton Inn Hotels consistently live up to my expectations. The beds are always very comfortable. The rooms are a nice size & always feel clean & fresh. The lobby areas also are welcoming. There are never any lingering smoke smells.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate and well replenished and kept clean by staff.

There were limited restaurants near the hotel. Unless you wanted to eat at Cracker Barrel, Subway or Sonic, you would have to find another area and drive. The area did appear to be in a safe neighborhood and the location was reflected in the cost.

Nothing. We had to switch rooms because the heat kicked on and made it 90 degrees in the room. Fun times. Not.

The heat messed up and it was 90 in our room. Couldn¿t be fixed. Had bedbugs. Terrible experience.

Delightful people running the place. Night and day staff both great. Poor quality breakfast choices but the service was outstanding.

No water dispensers. The one in the gym was broken.

Due to Covid, staff did not come into room which was fine. However, more garbage bags, toilet paper, etc should be provided. Also should do trash pickup daily.

The location is close to the highways. The staff is friendly. Our room was clean. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and drinks.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The hotel and staff were very good, especially the ladies serving breakfast. The hotel was clean, neat, and as expected. Price/room was fair to high given comments below.

The hotel is located behind other retail establishments; next to a working railroad; and the driveways are horrible. Additionally, the restaurant next door is terribly noisy beginning around 4:30am.

Friendly staff. 24 hr tea and coffee available at the lobby. It is great to have free breakfast, free Internet and free parking.
