Comfort Inn Barboursville near Huntington Mall area

Needs upgrades and deep cleaned. The rooms smelled musky and the breakfast was almost non existent.

It is located away from the main traffic routes in the area and the mall next door closed down early in the evenings. So pretty quiet. Breakfast used excellent products for many of the meal options available. The breads were particularly good.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and no sign saying "Will be back soon". After a while I went in search of someone. They were hiding in a corner of the next room. When questioned, they asked "why I didn't just call out?"

Located near interstate, shopping, snd resturants

Air conditioner wasn?t great. Room was always muggy. Drawers in dresser kept sliding open. Staff gave me sticky putty to put on them to keep them closed but it didn?t work. Mildew around grout in bathtub. Sink had a crack in it. Bed was hard.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, quiet room and great shower! We also liked placement of the shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall.

The hotel staff verbally assaulted my fianc. The police indicate this place is the most frequented hotel by police in the area.

The location was the best thing about this hotel

The entire hotel was uncomfortably warm. Even adjusting our heater we could not cool down the room.

Easy access and friendly staff

Was surprised rooms were not cleaned every day, but was okay with it except wasn't informed at checkin.

It was convenient for all the attractions we got to experience.

When we opened the door it smelled like smoke. We stayed when AAU basketball team was there. They ran up and down the hallway the entire night bouncing basketballs off the walls and doors. I nicely asked them to stop since I was traveling with toddlers

The evening staff was welcoming and friendly . On our request, she showed us the large two queen bedroom which was clean and neat. She also pointed out amenities like the inroom refrigerator and microwave oven . Nice indoor pool

The outside of the building is in need of a paint job.

Decent breakfast including hot foods, indoor pool, rooms were clean

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.I mostly interacted with the front desk staff. The room was clean and fully prepared. The lobby offered lemon water and coffee, which is always nice.

The bed was not very comfortable.

They were very accommodating to our schedule, check in/out was easy and quick. Hotel was rather quiet even when busy. Great location!

The fan in our bathroom did not work and there was rust marks around the inside bathroom door but still overall a great hotel and stay.

Move my room when requested due to a childs birthday party in the room next to me

Charged 3 dollars a day for parking when the was a ton of parking in the lot and massive mall lot connected

It was convenient to where I was visiting in Huntington.

The breakfast was unattended when we went at 9:30. Trash cans were full and coffee was out. We ended up going out for breakfast because of lack of food.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Breakfast was lacking.

Clean, fresh smelling room. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Breakfast food needed freshening up and a refill the hour.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Easy access to food and the highway.

The bathroom sink was clogged. There were no plates left or napkins for breakfast as they chatted at the desk. The staff was lazy and lounging on the sofa when we arrived. No customer service unless you went to them. A slovenly experience- place and people

great staff. Clean and quiet

Close to mall and several restaurants.

First room, the door hinge was broken and door would not shut...2nd room had half eaten food left in refrigerator and the door lock did not work half of the time.
