Hampton Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

Location, great breakfast, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and oranges/apples in the lobby most of the time.

Water pressure in the shower was lower than usual. No daily room service. Price is too high.

Proximity to local attractions was great

Although I liked the proximity to area attractions, I didn't care for this highway location. There is nothing to walk to nearby and no walking areas. Additionally, I didn't care for the masking deodorizer used in our room. I really missed fresh air.

Friendly and prompt staff. Quiet room. Elevator was quick. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The pool is only 3 ft deep max, no hot tub. My room's coffee maker provided dirty hot water thus unusable so I had to go to the lobby for hot water or to use a microwave.

Friendly customer service. Genuine concern for us. Trustworthy. Great bed pillows.

Very clean, excellent breakfast spread.

Electronic shade controls were finicky. Couldn?t lower the shade at night.

Good location, very clean and great breakfast.

Had a noisy person on the above floor, but that won't be everyone's experience. Just happened to get unlucky this time.

The staff was excellent! The breakfast was above average, better than I expected.

I'm a light sleeper so I kept hearing a ice machine (or something) making noise every 20 minutes or so.

EXTRA small rooms, not very good breakfast (most mornings the eggs and potatoes were cold)

It was clean, water in shower was hot with good pressure, friendly staff, good breakfast, snacks and extras available, all good :)

Apparently if you do book a room with a microwave you do not get a dresser to put your clothes in. I will forever ask when booking is there drawers in the room for clothes.

Super clean, spacious, and had a huge bathroom with a great walk in shower! Will definitely stay again next time in the Dells.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and very nice. The only draw back was our view was the air conditioning unit.

The manager told me there was a two night minimum for the weekend we wanted to stay and wouldn¿t cancel one of my nights over the phone. The next day I was able to book for one night and cancel my two night stay. The hotel does not have good sound proofi

Staff was so friendly. Room was very clean. Great quiet location.

Everything was great. The breakfast options were plenty. Just some of the food was scrabbled eggs, sausage, French toast, different yogurts, pastries & several juices. It was excellent!!
