White Rose Inns & Motel

The staff was very kind. I very much enjoyed my interaction with the front desk staff member. Very helpful and provided extra sheets and bedding upon request. My bed was very comfy, and downtown was a short walk. We appreciated the mini fridge in room.

The section I stayed in could use some updates and the rubber shower curtain looked like it could use a good bleaching, but for the location and price it wasn’t bad.

Many food items at breakfast ran out due to many people and was not replenished while we were in the dining room.

The views

The room is good normal size but the bathtub not work properly we have hot water only for 10min and then only cold water so it was impossible to use the bathtub and that is why we book this room so not happy at all. Also we only had one bathrobe not two.

The Sherman house was so beautiful and the porch overlooked the river. The breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be maybe change up the hot breakfast foods each day so the same thing isn’t served everyday.

It was damp, dirty, and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good and was in a pleasant room with a view of the river.

Rooms could be more comfortable. More upkeep around hotel. Painting and yardwork needs help. No TV stations, only streaming.

I like the location and the size of the rooms. I like the different options that they gave you for rooms but I definitely need the location was prime. It was also very private and quiet.

Our room was in a house and somewhat unique.

Mold on shower curtain. Ladie bugs in room. No heat in bathroom. Breakfast was cold sausage and hash brown so didn?t seem to conform to safety standards for food.

Location-downtown. The rooms are located in different old houses, and the decor was quite lovely. There was a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Quiet. The breakfast buffet was better than most.Definitely a 3-star place.

Rooms could use a deep cleaning - especially the rugs. No maid service - rooms were not straightened or towels replaced.

Old school, very clean, quiet, and in good location... Breakfast was great..

Pool furniture could use some up grades..

Location, staff, decor, riverview

We booked the Master Suite in the Blue House and were pleased with our choice. Very unique and old fashioned but still comfy and updated. So much better than staying in a cookie cutter room in a chain hotel. Price was reasonable and location was great.

Great cozy hotel thats close to the strip, and has a great breakfast included. Staff is always so friendly!

This place was great. Nothing bad

The food for breakfast was great. The staff was very nice if ya needed something they took care of it for ya. The location was great view of the river and near to shopping downtown. The room was good ¿¿ and the bed was good.

Well got to the hotel there were hiding taxes that I didn¿t know about and that upset me . The room needs to have new carpet walls need to be painted and maybe put central air to cool the room down when really hot.

The location

The Parlor room we had was not good. Very dirty- carpet had tons of stains and was dirty. The air conditioner was dirty and caused me breathing issues due to it. The room was dusty, no iron, no ironing board. Do not stay here.

Very B&B feel. Loved the privacy and quiet.

Elevator would have been nice. Steps were hard after walking all day doing things.

The location was great and it was quiet. Pool looked nice and I liked the free parking. Check in was easy.

The building needed done TLC and the grounds were mostly weeds. The carpet in my room appeared dirty. The breakfast was not good and would have been nice to have a to go box so you could take it and eat outside.

Room was quiet, Breakfast was great (fresh food served on real plates), Location was a block and a half off the heart of the downtown, Staff seemed like they cared.

No work out area. Older and a little run-down appearance in general.

Location great; we liked that it was off the road, and a bit hidden. The house is awesome and fairly clean, but run down and in need of love and updating.

Dust bunnies creeping out from behind the radiator in the room... floor was sticky (maybe it was from the cleaning solution used?).... Christmas ribbon was used to tie back curtains (in our bathroom and shared rooms downstairs - just weird).

Location was close to downtown.

Room was cold about 58 degrees. Hot tub had a small hole that had been partially patched but patch part was loose with a quarter inch gap. Hotel staff was told about the problem but seem to rwrite it off as not a problem. staff did not offer another room
