The breakfast

Musty Smell in a room and a floor was broken.

Cleanliness

The Internet was difficult to connect to--you had to fill out an extensive membership form, thus unusable; breakfast food was sub-par and there was a tip jar (for prepackaged foods laid out that I need to select for myself and bus my own materials??!)

Location

They were painting the walls the whole stay so I had a migraine the whole time I was there from the odors. Also website specifically says they have a hot tube, they do not. It wasn't worth the money I saved staying here.

The staff were wonderful

No hot tub and the pool area was very loud from a sound from smothering like a pool pump or fan . This makes it hard to talk with anyone because it is so loud.

The location

First room I checked into had a strong stench so I was offered a second room that was even worse! No way would I ever have allowed a guest to step foot into either one. It was almost 1:00 am when I got there so apparently no other rooms were available.

House Keeping was slow about cleaning , and bringing fresh towels

This was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel. Both rooms I was shown at dog poop caked to the floor, filthy dirt, and large bugs crawling on the floor.

Completely rude, harassing staff. The floors of two different rooms I was shown were caked with dog excrement, dirt, and large crawling bugs. I was offered no apology except to relocate to another room that was similarly dirty.

The beds were comfortable, pillows plush, and overall cleanliness was fantastic. After a bad experience at econolodge, this hotel saved the rest of our dells experience

The people at the front desk were really nice and the breakfast was fresh with a lot to choose from.

Rooms are rundown and had a very musty smell. The carpets and hallway were also run down. I don?t like to give reviews like this but i know they are helpful.

More Dislikes- We ended up leaving and not staying the night. The manager will gaslight you on everything.

When we got to our room the sheets were dirty, we called down to the front desk to inform them & they brought up sheets for us to change ourselves. The room smelled horrible of Marijuana. The tub was dirty, there was mold in the sink & hair on the toilet.

Location was good for the activities I had. Near downtown

Wasn?t that clean & daily hotel fee I felt was so unnecessary

At first they gave us a room that wasn?t cleaned but then we got a different room.

The room was not cleaned well. There was a stain on the bed sheet, crumbs underneath the desk, dead bugs all over the windowsill, and the back/bottom of the toilet was dirty.

Our furnace did not work in our room . It would not turn off we had to shut it off so it either got to hot in there or we froze . We told the front desk and the gentleman looked at it but it still didn¿t work the 2nd night.

The size and condition of the room was awesome. Very clean. Everything was well maintained. Except for the pancakes, breakfast was above average. Good eggs and sausages

No waffles, but a pancake machine, which really didn't cook pancakes long enough. A little doughy in the middle.

My expectations were met at the Quality inn in the Dells. We came with our family including kids. This hotel checked all the boxes: free breakfast, a pool, comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, close to all attractions, and budget friendly.

It was a bit older and the rooms were slightly small. The cleaning staff didn¿t do a full cleaning. They pretty well emptied garbages and provided new towels. I would have liked a bit more through cleaning-vacuuming, beds made.

Location

The room had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was poor quality. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.....decent facility.....lobby and breakfast area was very clean....

2nd floor hall carpeting had 4 or 5 large stains....should probably have a carpet cleaning service come in amd take care of it....
