Great Wolf Lodge - Wisconsin Dells Wi

Staff was very friendly, locked myself out of my room, they let me in to get my boots.

The waterpark was perfect for our 4 kids, spanning 14 to 3 years. The air was warm so you weren't cold getting out of the water. We went in winter so did not experience outdoor park.

Smoke detector went off while we were sleeping. "Low battery". Aren't they supposed to be hard-wired in Wisconsin?? Then the maintenance worker took the smoke detector with him instead of replacing the batteries. Not a safe idea.

The reason we picked Great Wolf was the indoor waterpark for the kids. The staff in and around the waterpark were nice and helpful for the kids. We loved the gentleman that manned the slides behind the wave pool on 11/29 from about 9AM-12PM. Thank you!

Our room was not available until 5:30PM on 11/28 which was more than an hour past check in. Also, the server for breakfast on 11/29 asked my wife if she was going to clean up an accidental spill from my daughter. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Everything about this place was amazing except for the staff.

Limited handicapped parking. Although room was already paid for, staff also placed a hold for $525.00 on my card instead of incidental hold and resort fee only. ($280) Resort offered ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make up for the inconvenience. Disgusted.

We got poor service in the restaurant. Our waitress was very inattentive.

Dirty linens in our room. Check in was not smooth.

There was something for all ages. Granddaughter loved the singing and crafts.

They need to have better linens on the pull out couch. They didn't fit.

Hotel room was decent and clean for a reasonable price. The nearby arcade with go karts and bowling was fun.

Wish the outside pool didn’t close so early and had more things for teens to do.

The hotel was cool. Hardly any waiting in line for slides. Kids could run around safely. The life guards take their jobs serious. Was a super chill 2 day stay. Check in was at 4 but we showed up at 10am. Let us swim until they texted me room was ready.

Alcohol is expensive. We basically did everything they had to offer in the matter of 4 hours (except kids hour crafts stuff). The big 4 person raft tornado slide you had to manhandle the inter tube up 5 stories of stairs.

The staff were all very helpful. The lifeguards at the water park were all business. They really took their job seriously, which was a nice change from what I have observed at other establishments.

Enjoyed the water park, the activities in the lobby,most of the staff were friendly.

Had a problem with getting our room cleaned, had to make several requests before it was done (after 6pm). Also our breakfast @ the hotel wasn't hot.

Was able to check in early. As long as your room is available you don't have to wait till 4. Great place for kids, 42 and up can go on most rides with an adult.

There was so much to do for all of us .. of all ages. We actually stayed at the hotel about 95% of the time since we were all content and happy. The resort was VERY clean, the staff was very friendly and the prices weren't crazy expensive. It was perfect!

My toddler loved the jammie party! Loved the section just for toddlers at the waterpark.

Room wasn't very clean. Cracker crumbs on floor, mold growing in shower, windows were dirty. At checkout was told I would get a receipt emailed to me, but never got one. Got charged twice for the room, still not resolved.

The water park and the staff in the water park was the only saving grace of the hotel.

For $---- per night, beds were old & uncomfortable. Woke up sore daily. Could feel springs in sofabed. Flat, uncomfortable pillows. Frayed, uneven carpet. Stained bed skirt. Bathroom smelled like pee. Noisy. Can hear kids stomping in room above us.

The lines weren't too long.

The wave pool wasn't open. Every time we asked about it we were told it would be open in a few hours. Come Sunday it still wasn't open.

There was not a lot of outdoor waterpark area and the water was FREEZING. It was beautiful out and the kids just wanted to be indoors.
