Waterpark convenience

Will Not go Back. Rude workers cleanliness, outdated, highly overpriced

Beautiful and close to where we wanted to be

They should have told me that the water park was closed Tuesday through Thursday. We were really upset about that.

The amenities and all the activities at and around the hotel

I paid extra for the garden view and it was just a fountain, also both atms on site were empty all weekend

Water park located on hotel grounds and location of hotel was private but close to town.

Overpriced! Outdoor waterpark lackluster and dangerous (hurt neck on ride), indoor lazy river over capacity and had bandaids stuck to filter system. Rooms were dirty: mold in bathroom, items damaged and falling apart, balcony filthy. Some staff were rude.

The llifeguard was the best! Kids loved him, super friendly!

The cafe in the water park staff was rude. The room is always dirty, stains on the floors and towels.

There were several great staff members throughout the resort. I wish I would have gotten names to give them credit.

The room, hotel, and water parks were all in disrepair. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the furniture worn and threadbare. There was a lot of places where the carpet had tape running across it, this was also found all throughout the water park.

I liked the Condo, that it had a fireplace in the bedroom, hot tub in the room. It was nice for me with a bunch of teen kids.

Room was not clean to my satisfaction. For the money I paid I do not expect stained sheets on the bed or big hairballs in the shower drain. Very slow elevator. Ice machine near my room was broken. Restaurant at the hotel was gross. Food was not good.

The room size and location was the best part. The water park is connected by underground tunnel and it was relatively easy to get there from our room.

There wasn¿t much carpet left but it was still in the two bedrooms. It was disgusting! Stains everywhere, I really grossed out if I looked at it too closely. Every single employee I encountered was miserable and seemed to be extremely inconvenienced.

The waterpark for my kids

The waterpark towel card and sheet with all the prices of things if they go missing and I didn't realize the brown blankets were the actual blankets so when we got in our room there was no blankets on the bed. They were in the closet

BEWARE there are so many hidden fees, whatever price indicated double it in fees, resort fees, taxes, cleaning fees, its so deceptive in pricing, AND management absoluetly will refuse to help in any way, will charge$40 cleaning fee, appears nowhere in ad

The staff upon checking into the hotel found out the waterpark resort. Part was closed. They sent us to a different resort because of this.

Room keys did not work. Thermostat did not function. No soap or shampoo in shower.

The room was dirty. curtain was ripped Bugs on floor. We left. the Hotel is not a 3.5 and lost $195.00 we drove home. it was not the fun night we planned. Sad thing is that when I tried to cancel. They wanted to charge extra fees on top of what I paid

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the shower was good.

They tried to charge an extra 50 dollars at check in as a cleaning fee in addition to the resort fee. The manager eventually waived the fee. They couldn¿t provide complimentary toothpaste or lotion and the ice machine was broken.

Facilities, waterpark, pools

Took at least 30 mins to get checked in, staff couldn't find my reservation. Tub had cracks in it, had only 2 chairs in the room and the seats were coming apart

Not much. At least the room was some what clean.

Yes, the waterpark closes at 7pm and doesn't open until 10am. With a 4pm check in that didn't leave much time for the pool. Also not enough towels in the room and no linens for the pull out sofa. For as much as this place charges we were not impressed.

It was teen friendly . Plenty of water slides ,lazy river and outdoor activities

It was smaller than other resorts . The outdoor chairs should have been hosed down.

The resort is not being kept up. It is a nice place with great potential but zero attention to detail. Dirty, things in disrepair, worn out, uninterested staff...
