- breakfast was ok it was much better 2 years ago.
- The staff representative at the check-in did an excellent job and was very responsible when contacting me to let me know I had left a small bag in the room after checkout.
- When asking about adding an additional night, the desk clerk was kind enough to say we'd get a better deal booking online than through him. He did give us our same room, though.

- our room was very damp we had the air conditioner on high that did not help it was so loud it would go from somewhat quiet then it would get really loud. dirty around shower and hair dryer.
- Bed was too firm. Husband and I both had sore backs by morning.

Staff was friendly. When I asked about extending our stay by a night, the agent informed me I'd get a better deal if I booked online but I could keep the same room.
Breakfast was ok. Saturday morning it was fully stocked when we went but Monday morning everything was out. No milk, juice, yogurt, buns. Our choices were toast and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast option on Friday or Sunday (left before it opened).
