Comfort Inn Waukesha - Milwaukee West

Fire alarm at 5am. Smoke in hall, so i got my son & dogs. Guy from desk said it was just a candle. Not a candle-smelt like burnt wire. Alarm went off a long time & I had nightmare from it. Smoke in my room. Lady at desk rude & only gave $20 credit.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

I thought with the size of the hotel that the breakfast would’ve had more selection. Also, the immediate smell of weed when I got out of my car was strong. Every time I would open my door, the smell was overpowering!! Isn’t this a smoke free building?

Wrong room, smelt gross, very outdated, staff was rude, so many issues

Seemed to be freshly remodeled and was clean for the most part.

There was some stains on the sheets that resembled old blood, the breakfast was there though it was lacking quality. Fruit was scarce and milk was in a weird 1970's jug which was a little skeptical, front desk workers were a little rude.

Booked for two days. Locked us out for the second night. Called my house to ask why I didn¿t check out. Had to go to the front desk and get our keys redone. Rude lady at the front desk.

Mattresses should have been pitched 10 years ago. The room lacked tables to put your stuff on. The room was very dated. Sink drain in bathroom did not close. The room needed a good cleaning as well as a good cleaning and updating.

price was lower than other options

No outside area. Situated next to a home depot and restaurant without any designated green space. Breakfast had minimal options-we did not bother to eat there. Looked like powdered eggs and microwaved sausages.

The room and bed were comfy. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. We were worried about our room being on the basement level, but it was very quiet.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Staff was professional and helpful when I asked questions.

I did not ask for a ADA room but was given one. I didn't change after discovering this because the room was in a convenient location. The shower in the ADA room was a bit messy ...allowed for water to flow in most of the bathroom area.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Ensured we had everything that was needed. This was a last minute booked trip. Great price in a great area. Would definitely stay there again.

Water pressure was lacking just a little, but other than that nothing negative to say.

Staff was rude. Would not allow guests to sit in lobby or breakfast area in groups greater than 2. Never stay there again!

Breakfast was included and other restaurants were nearby. Also, they did a good job of cleaning.

Air conditioner didn't run overnight. Cable was out most of a day ( but everywhere, not just motel).

It was cheap.

They did not change the sheets between our stay and the previous guest. There were hairs and debris all over the sheets. When I called attention to it they didn't seem to care or that it was abnormal.

The floors where so dirty they made my feet black. I was scared to use the shower seeming the floors have never been clean.

Never go here again!!

The price was right and the Continental Breakfast was great!

We had two people with us using canes/walkers and were disappointed there was not an elevator.
