I only liked the pool, and the staff was ok.

The condition and the cleanliness of my room.

3 issues in room: broken lampshade, broken sink stopper, dirty tub

Location to the ball park was perfect

Noticed on the door that we had to use where our room was had blood on the door and on the window

Ease of booking and cost.

Very dirty and outdated. Check in clerk was very unfriendly. Weird people hanging out around the entrances of the hotel drinking beers and smoking.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We only needed a place tioo stay for one night and it suited us perfectly. It is showing it's age, but all was fine.

Room was musty, stale. Dog yapping down the hall. Obviously hasn't been updated in years, if ever. Accumulated rust, dirt, etc. Pretty clearly a second-rate property.

Key not working and he said they do, he told me that they never have problems with key they do work, he got mad. I saw a huge spider on the ironing board, I caught it and brought it to the desk, they have no spiders. new room black streaks on sheets.

Possible bed bugs. Poor detail cleaning. Exposed electrical covers.

It was quiet.

Rooms are very tired and not up to code. Electrical strip hanging from the wall, a new AC/Heater mounted on top of an old unit (is that even legal?), light out above the sink (and there is little light to begin with), awful tiny pillows.

No elevator to get to the second floor, breakfast was very lacking. Powdered eggs, not enough for all guests, AC unit didn?t work in room

Bugs in the room and moldy smell. When brought to the attention of the front desk. They only had one other room Available. And it was in worse condition. Then the first room.

Breakfast was a little sparse no yogurt and only fruit was apples.

Everything!! It smelled bad/smoky,the doors weren?t working properly,no hot tub or sauna as the website indicates, the employees are rude and liars, there was mold and dirty marks all over the bathroom, the tub floor was filthy, I could go on forever

Room smelled of cigarettes, holes in sheet, cable not working, exit doors held open with a rocks , used cigarettes in piles on the ground by trash cans, shower rod hanging from the wall, random stranger knocking at our door at 1am with a bong

The receptionist was so rude and mean that my children stated they didn¿t trust him and were uncomfortable. We checked out 1 hour after checking in.

Very very very very relaxing staff was very helpful no matter what I needed except door ""g"" has no locks so 24/7 it's open

Door g at the desk has no lock it's open 24/7 I saw two very suspicious looking men walk in and when I went back into the hotel the desk clerk was holding a whole handful of cash this is extremely dangerous in anywhere when I asked why the door isn't lock

Absolutely nothing. The hotel did not match the pictures, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and there was more than one person "tweaking" at breakfast. There was a man smoking weed in the parking lot, and they wouldn't allow my son's service dog

Everything. The staff is rude. We checked out early and asked for a refund.

Have stayed there several times in few years. Did not use the pool due to my schedule, but did enjoy the breakfast each time. Indoor pool does not have hot tub, but does have excise room.
