- There was big yellow stains in the bedding. Lack of supplies in the room. Asked for toilet paper and was told to go get door and buy some. False advertising about having cribs for infants to sleep in. Ask about what they looked like to see if my baby would like it better than a play pen and was told they don’t have any. The hot tub had maybe an inch of water and it was green. The pool was very cold and said it was at 80 degrees but was definitely not. The walls were dirty in the room.

The location was good.

Staff was ok

Nothing! The room was filthy. Bed spread had stains, there was food in the couch, food on the floor, no washcloth , no cups for the coffee, no extra rolls of toilet paper and the shampoo dispenser was empty. There was also hair inside the fridge and the outside of the microwave was filthy.
