Friendly staff

The first thing was the smell of mildew. The bed was extremely hard and lumpy. Broken shower curtain, exposed plumbing and broken shelf under the sink and roaches! The only good thing was the tub but even it had a roach in the drain apon my arrival.

The pool water wasn’t clean my son got bumps on his skin the next day after swimming.

Really appreciate the size of the rooms. Very comfortable bed.

The scent of mildew and how the shower curtain design is so poor we constantly had water all over the ground.

Tye room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The AC unit could use some attention, as well as the bathroom fan. Both were dirty and the fan barely worked

My kids enjoyed the pool.

They didn't have wet floor signs out in the main area. I slipped and strained my back and couldn't even leave the bed. I have to go to the hospital. Ridiculous.

It was very quiet

The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on

They were very clean. most days breakfast was put out early good coffee very clean rooms and really comfortable beds

The tv worked good but the remote was probably the worst remote I?ve ever had it barely worked

The housekeeping staff start knocking at your door 2 hours before checkout time. That's simply annoying.

it's price point and location the bed were super soft and I got a wonderful night's sleep

they have lots of extra rules where if you have children you might get kicked out. they are require a cash deposit upon check in so if you dont have you need to go get some.

The location to where I needed to be in the area was great. Easy on/off the highway. The Front desk representative was very responsive to special requests of changing room assignment the day of.

The room unfortunately was not fully cleaned. A fast food cup was found by the corner of the bed. The Air conditioning on the first floor blew cold air, but for some reason didn't appear to be conditioning the air as it was extremely humid.

Great breakfast for any type of diet and very cozy beds. Slept very well!

TV didn't work at first had to call desk pool was much smaller then it looked in pictures. Sad it closed at 10. We only had 30 min to swim.

I am handicap, i have a very difficult time with any steps. no elevator at all and would not change to first floor room for a 5 night stay. stuff was taken out of the fridge and thrown away durning room cleaning,asked for towels had to return dirty first

The hotel was clean and recently remodeled. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
