St Croix Suites - St Croix Falls

Clean, new floors and some other elements just redone.

Just basic, no frills, functional. Could use some new towels and need to connect the television to cable and/or internet. Some elements in the room still need updating.

The staff was friendly

I chose to leave because of poor condition. I came into the room and the air conditioner didn't work, the towels in the room were a cruddy brown, the smoke alarm was taped on the wall with duct tape. After 5 min I left and booked a new hotel.

Moderately clean, spacious

Couldnt check in after 11pm unless you call ahead, even then, they didnt answer the after hours phone. Only coffee available in lobby and you cannot get a cup after 930am, no exceptions. Front staff was very rude. Room was dark, run down and dated.

The beds were excellent and the location was ideal...

Pool looked like it had mold in it. Really inconvenient to have to call every time we needed assistance at the service desk. The room was clean enough, but dated and worn. One member of the staff we called the towel "Nazi"...

Was in a good location easy to access

Dirty hotel. Stained bed sheets, stained towels, shower curtain was dirty. Carpet was sticky.

No lights on, no cars in lot. Looks like it was out of business

Easy to find, quite nights rest

Breakfast was way below expectations. Nothing positive to say here.?

The restaurant next door

The breakfast, staff, the sheets, they were u friendly. Took the breakfast before the time was up. I would ask for a refund from them but they are so unkind and not pleasant. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary they made it very uncomfortable.

I was a late arrival, but the staff welcomed me like I was the first customer there for the day. I had to set a call time to make sure I was up in the morning, as there were no clocks in the room and the front desk followed through with that in time.

I had no hot water, it was like warm at best. The bathroom plumbing needed attention, it needed to be plunged?

I was afraid to touch anything. The amount of air freshener in the lobby stung my sinuses. Once I was in my room I wasn¿t comfortable leaving my room until checkout. If I would have had the option to have my money returned I would never have slept there

There was not one thing we can say was good about this place/room. Absolutely awful.

Everything-starting with the tv wires hanging from the tv and wall. The bathroom was dirty-sink was clogged. Absolutely the worst place I have stayed in.

The location was perfect. It served it's purpose by giving us a place to sleep.

It had a bad smell. I kept expecting to see bugs especially in the bathroom. In desperate need of remodeling. Could hear the people above us talking and while they were walking around. I wish there had been a coffeemaker.

Continental breakfast was non existent or late until our last morning. Often no one at the desk. We were not informed that there would be no maid service unless requested. No garbage changed or fresh towels.

Really nothing. Worst hotel experience from 1 week trip

Room was smelly and unclean let alone dated.

Nice out of the way location.

All of the electrical sockets would not hold a 'plug'. They were all loose and we could not get plugs/cords to stay in. Not enough lighting in the room. The 1 tall lamp had no way to turn it on/off but to 'try' to plug it into the loose wall socket.

Convenient and low price

Breakfast is almost a joke. Bread to make toast, Cheerios, a few bruised apples. No coffee at 8 am and had to wait for some.

The front desk person was very nice

The old hotel door to the suite has been previously broken in, as the paneling was repaired and still cracked. Light issues in bathroom, and tub not draining.

Location and price.

Older facility showing its wear parking lot was in bad shape. Had a small fridge that I did not use in room it was noisy. Could hear loud talking in hall late in evening. Was charged 60 damage deposit not expected that is to be refunded.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful & very friendly. Explained where exactly room was & best place to park.

I think they need to update their pamphlets as they have new owners.

The family room has 3 beds a microwave and fridge. Very spacious. The breakfast was ok. Pancakes, bagels, cereal,juice, misc donuts. Something for everyone.

This hotel needs some TLC!
