Drapes did not keep out light. parking lot did not seem secure

Quiet, clean, and uneventful

Very nice place, very accommodating staff in every way. Helped us out on a Sunday evening when we got stranded across town and couldn't get an UBER or LYFT back to the hotel. Gave good recommendations "to do". Great continental breakfast

Hotel employee at the front desk, was amazing. He remembered my name, anticipated my needs ahead of time, and made me feel like VIP. His professional behavior and gracious demeanor make my stay exquisite. I will definitely come back as long as he¿s there.

We would have liked a bar to go to after dinner. I am glad they had a cooler with wine, but we missed a place for a night cap.

Allowed service dogs, great location. Very nice and provided our service dog a treat. Continental breakfast was good, and the salt water pool was nice.

Only fake coffee cream in the breakfast. In non-covid times, they have fresh cream, and didn't have the individual half and half.

Everything was wonderful The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were quiet, we were right near elevators and we were not disturbed. The beds were comfy, large bathroom. Brown bag breakfast had many options to choose from, and was delicious.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made sure I was able to get to all the destinations I needed over the weekend and allowed me to check in early. Would go there again for sure.

For a new-seeming property there were several issues with the room. The control knob for the sink faucet pulled off, the faucet itself was loose coming from the wall (but didn't leak), and there was a rattle in the a/c-heating unit that was annoying.

It was quiet on the 1st floor. Good breakfast selection.

Room was small, but adequate. Bathroom was cold. No heat fan or heat light.

Could hear everything in room above ours. Bathtub bottom was extremely slippery when showering.

You have a sign a piece of paper stating if you disturb other guests, the hotel has a right to change the room fee to your credit card for the disturbed guests. I've never seen this at a hotel before. Very strict policy.

Quick check-in. Modern clean room with King size bed. Shuttle service to the event we attended.

Check in time was 3pm although they allowed us to check-in early.
