Air didn't work, mold in bathroom, tiny room, and very uncomfortable matress

Bathroom was in need of a remodel, shower apppeared to be falling through the floor and all the tiles were loose and cracked.

Unfriendly front desk person and the room was loud. We could hear people walking in the room above us and hear people talking in the room next to us. The hotel was not that busy so the occupation should have been staggered.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It is a good value for your money. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff overall was very good too. I would recommend staying here when you want a good place to .

Nothing stood out

Bugs in room, guests in room above ours showered and stomped around from 1-3am. I finally complained to the front desk and the noise increased for a minute before the quieted down.

I have stayed here before and was not charged a deposit fee. This time I had to pay a 100 dollar fee and was not happy

Absolutely nothing.

It smelled. I ended up going to the store and getting Lysol disinfecting spray and air fresheners so I could make it through the night. It was NOT clean at all. The staff was unprofessional and not welcoming.

The area around the motel is run down. The outside of the motel is worse than the inside

Good bedroom furniture, good breakfast, hot tub was Ok

The was a lot of noise from the next room (I think he was on an international call and making himself heard - for a long time, past midnight).

The bed was too soft, and the heating/air conditioning unit was extremely loud! This unit woke us up every time it kicked in.

It was quiet, staff was welcoming, breakfast was great!

Location. Have stayed there multiple times in the past. Sheets were very soft. Good breakfast.

Bathroom not very clean. Noisy, especially for mid week. Doors slamming all night.

The crazy TV remote was insanely hard to figure out.

Proof of bedbugs. brought it to staffs attention, they could care less. I was told they were totally booked so they can't offer me anything. Offered to change protector cover but that exposes more bugs if you do.I said absolutely not.it was late &children

My room smelled like a wet dog. I honestly think they actually let a dog sleep on the bed. The room was dirty. Door handle broken on exit. Very run down.

It's not great, and it's not awful. Location was reasonably convenient to my event without being as expensive as the hotels right downtown.

Room is small and not well-lighted. TV didn't work. (I traded remotes at the front desk, and the TV still did not turn on. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if it had worked.)

As I shared with an employee, the whirlpool jets are very weak. I always stay at properties with whirlpools because it helps my hip sciatica discomfort. The low power of the jets was not helpful. Drain in room sink stuck.
