Great location, nice breakfast, very clean room and modern.

The room was hot and very dry air. We had it as low as the thermostat would go at 65.

The breakfast coffee was not hot even though they had just replaced it. It’s a small item unless you rely on a hot cup of coffee to start your day.

There was a surprisingly well equipped kitchen, including a nearly full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. Very welcome! And they readily extended my checkout time by two hours, which was helpful.

Bigger rooms

The fire alarms went off at 11:00 pm no explanation.

Location was good so we could walk to our event and was very clean.

Rooms were not ready when we arrived so we had to wait in the lobby with our luggage. Staff waited on other people that had just come in first before checking in all the ones that were waiting for rooms and had obviously been in the lobby.

Location to our event was very good

We had to call the desk at 3 am to get the party in the hall stopped. They did come immediately and things calm down a bit after that.

I was wrongly accused of smoking cigarettes in the room I do not smoke cigarettes and I was not provided evidence on why I was charged $250

Clean, modern, spacious and the young female who works nights behind the counter provided friendly and excellent customer service.

Would be nice to have a bar downstairs, or at least sell basic alcoholic beverages.

Friendly helpful staff every time we needed something during our 5 night stay. Everything was clean regularly. Stairwells were even clean and dusted! Breakfast was regularly attended to. We have an electric car and they let us plug in to an outside outlet

Would have appreciated staff (minus room cleaners) to wear masks and expecting hotel visitors to do the same. On minor notes¿real dairy for coffee instead of coffeemate, more fruit at breakfast, and tv info at counter because it¿s not in rooms anymore.

Rooms were clean and large

The Staff was rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience to them by being there. Breakfast was to go due to Covid which was fine but they ran out of it by 9am. Several of us in our groups did not get any breakfast. For a Hilton hotel - NOT IMPRESSED!

I loved the room. Staff on night/day shift absolutely rude. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with a beautiful hotel. Ran out of breakfast & one of our individuals they would not give him the group rate, apparently a rule of 30 days.

Everything was very professional. Super clean Great room super comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was different but very good.

New and clean. Free breakfast was above average.

Hotel parking lot is small and crowded. The front desk will tell you to park across the street in the free city lot.

only parking for one car if you were lucky we went to breakfast there were not even crumbs left I have never had such a bad experience at breakfast in any hotel ever. We paid ---- for a room and then had to go and buy breakfast somewhere Unacceptable

Value and location.

This is the new hotel concept and it is very Stark. But, it was very Spacious and it had everything you could possibly want to know hotel room.

Convenience to the LaCrosse Center was very important to me during this stay. But, I love the kitchen area although we didn't really use it. It is a great feature and had we been staying longer, I am sure it would be used. The sofa was great, too!

The soundproofing doesn't exist. Rooms are fairly noisy.

It was very clean and I also loved the kitchen area with real dishes and flatwear. Plus the price to stay is excellent. Top hotel for an affordable rate is a big plus. Thank you!
