Smelled musty, hot tub had been broken for some time and no clue when it would get fixed and no agreement with neighboring hotel. Breakfast was minimal at best. Thin walls, we could hear everything all night,sink stopper not working, holes in the sheets

Terrible, online photos are a lie, pool out of order, they shut of power to my AC Unit, stained bed sheets,

Poor entrance visibility, methhead sitting at main entrance, parking lot not safe,

Nothing seemed creepy

Was hair in the tub and room just felt dirty we left before we even was there a hr

Front desk guy was very helpful and friendly

Room had used lotion and stains on the pillow cases; smelled like someone was smoking weed

Nothing. Trip for my daughter's upcoming wedding. We missed the celebration trying to get a laptop working - it was determined the hotel room didn't have enough power in outlets to charge the laptop nor phones

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I sent an email to the hotel per front desk, still haven't heard back. No open hot tub as stated repeatedly, TV didn't work, outlets didn't power phones/computers, blood-stained sheet, dirty socks by bed, holes in bath towels

Dirty and run down. Towels were old and ragged.

The staff appeared to care about me as a guest, however, the hotel was very noisy throughout the night and the phone in the room did not work and it was a very uncomfortable stay. I was supposed to receive a call from the hotel Manager but, I did not.

Some guests had no concern for neighboring room guests and were very loud, (screaming, shouting, slamming doors,)throughout the night.

The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, & accommodating when I requested to have our room moved to a cleaner, fresher smelling, & quieter location of the hotel.

About 1/4 of the hotel is used as low income housing. Some VERY sketchy people hanging in & around the hotel (smoking weed by entrance, etc.) & hanging out & boisterous in hallway, just outside our room door at 11:30pm. It¿s a hotel not a frat party.

And from check in to check out everything was awesome. Outside of the building was great looking very nice. The room was very nice and clean and very quiet and the breakfast was awesome. Everything was great definitely a 10 star.

Outdated and a little dirtier than I like. Seemed understaffed.

Easy to find. Access to many things. Was very quiet.

Bathroom door was broke. Shower was not in best of condition. Desk person was locked out of office upon arrival. Took 15 minutes before she was able to access office.

The bed and pillows were comfortable

We found cock roaches in our room. There was no kleenex in the dispenser. The TV remote did not work. The buttons on the air conditioning unit were burned off. Breakfast options are limited to rolls, coffee, and juice.

only 2 things going for this place. 1 - cable TV lineup was good and actually HD. 2 - the location was ideal for me. That's really it for the good stuff.

DIRTY. The floor in my room was STICKY and there were bugs (dead and alive) all over the place. Bed - like sleeping on the floor. Sketchy people around at all times. Weed smell. NOISY - people slamming doors, stomping, screaming and UNHELPFUL, RUDE staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Since the hotel allowed pets, one of the guests down the hallway let their dog defecate on the floor in the hallway. When we got back from dinner, the dog waste was picked up, but it was still a very unsanitary situation.

The cost was outrageous due to Octoberfest which I didn¿t know about.

Hot tub not working and was not informed and it seems it has been an extended time. I would have booked elsewhere.

location near river, close to a fun spot attraction for locals

local trash hanging out around the place, and noisy made us uncomfortable.

The desk staff were accommodating, they went the extra mile despite working in a building that isn't well maintained. The location is very good for visiting the downtown area.

One sketchy place! Cigarette burn on comforter; actual hole & mystery stains on the wall; bottle of hand lotion 1/2 used & soap dispenser empty; busted hair dryer; gross bathroom floor; mineral build up in bathroom; WiFi didn't work; no fruit at breakfast
