Blue Way Inn La Crosse Extended Stay

?Lack of cleanliness + ant issue & tub clogged ?Outdated (up to code?) holes in wall ??Areas Largest Pool? not available and inoperable for a long time. ?Lack of pillows/towels provided ?Breakfast- a few pieces of fruit and stale/outdated cookies

The rooms were dirty. Found a cockroach in our first room. Second room was given to someone else the second night so had to get a third room

NO WORKING TV, pool/hottub out of service for months, grab-to-go breakfast, COCKROACHES! List continues. I chose nonrefundable when booking but I thought the hotel had to at least be acceptable but they won?t refund. Lesson learned. Didn?t stay night.

This place is a dump and should be condemned. Upon arrival the AC did not work, there were bugs in the room, the toilet did not work, the Jacuzzi did not work, there were exposed electrical wires and falling light fixtures in the room.

Dirty, deteriorating- lights bulbs missing, locks broken, fridge full of spoiled food, hallways smelled like cigarettes.No security/key at exterior doors-anyone can come in-did not feel safe. Wish I would have read reviews and heeded warnings!

Dirty, asked to have my three limp pillows changed, the nice ceing lady said she would bring some, asked at recepetion some as she forgot, had to ask twice, then got threatened with calling the police if I asked again, awful experience

This hotel is currently in court unsuccessfully fighting an order by the La Crosse County Public Health Dept's order for closure/condemn!!! It is disgusting and in disrepair. This shouldn't even be listed!!!

Room was not clean. Bathroom floor had some pills on the floor under the sink! Television had very limited channels. One of the beds higher than the other. Just looked mismatched & thrown together.

Most exit doors were not locked, anybody can enter. Top of chair completely torn, large stain on the seat. Curtain was missing clip and therefore hanging on the right side. Tv made annoying sound off and on. Soap very difficult to lather. Not walkable

It was terrible. The toilet handle pulled out and broke. The bathroom lights did not work. There was no handle on the sink faucet. The carpet was grossly stained. There were two small towels and no hand towels. We got moved to a different room.

That room had a broken toilet seat, stained carpet, the heater was not only kids, but it smelled horribly so we had to turn it off. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. In the morning, a large ceiling tile fell in the hallway.

This hotel was dirty. The pool was closed. The bar was closed the room, was disgusting. It didn¿t look anything like the pictures. There was a smoke detector with a plastic bag over it in our room. The toilet seat was broken. There was no towels.

There was stuff on the walls, there was no lock on the door. The carpet was dirty overall it was just not good, and did not feel safe staying there.

Everything , the rooms are v.bad , carpet is moist and stinking

Pool was great and very large

First room; bed broken, air conditioning fell off wall when we tried to change temp, 2nd room; sat on bed and it fell down, a plastic ice buscket was holding up that corner. Leg was completely broken. Took over an hour to check in. Only one attendant.

Beds visibility dented in the middle,buttons on TV didn't work,no remote for TV,pool was visibility dirty.There were only one set of towels despite booking a double queen room.No phone in room either.Poor service.15 minutes to check in no staff present

No bathmat. No hand towel. Hair dryer smelled like heated wiring. Daughter reported desk attendant was entering rooms without knocking (in an attempt to see which rooms were taken???). Her spouse caught in his skivvies and the next door occupants him
