It’s absolutely disgusting

The horrible staff sat in the phone for 10 minutes in front of me and then when I said something g he kicked me out spouting some nonsense about my girlfriend when I’m single .

It needed to be cleaned thoroughly, floor scrubbed, curtains were hung up backwards, toilet moved every time you sat on it, no cover on fan in bathroom

Good parking. Was able to park close to our door.

Bathroom door did not close tight. Lighting was poor. No light at the desk.

the bathroom was very dirty and there were spiders on the walls. I did not use the shower. It was not clean and needs to be remodeled. The toilet bowl was brand new. the rest needs to be updated and replaced. Will never go there again.

Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning and fan were very loud and did not seem to work very well. Bathroom and bathtub were dirty. Fan in the bathroom made a loud noise and it automatically was on when the light was on. Not a good experience!

Was like an apartment style hotel.

Yes, many things to not like. Okay for w nights but not for long-term stay. If you're on the bottom floors, there will be lots of ants and flies. Called for bug cleaning and lady at office just said there's nothing they can do and that it happens often.

The hotel was in poor repair, very dated/neglected, far overpriced. The smoke detector was missing from the room.

It was close to where I needed to be

The first room I was given had bugs crawling up the walls and on the bed. The bathroom walls/ceiling were falling apart. The second room appeared better, but by then I was pretty uncomfortable and not trusting of the establishment.

very cheap.... but you pay for what you get.

No room service/housekeeping. Not enough towels in the room. Holes in the walls. Profanity scratched into the bathroom mirror glass. Roof was leaking water. had to put garbage can under to keep carpet from getting any more wet. No parking.

Close to hospital, downtown, restaurants and grocery store. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were excellent-fluffy.

You get want you pay for. I would have liked black out curtains, or at least thicker curtains to block out the light.

Very old soringbox and mattress. It smelt unpleasantly surprise. The towels are hard like sandpaper and stain everywhere. If I could, I certainly want my refund back.

Just the location.

There were holes in the walls and ceiling. Looked like water damage that has been there for a long time. There was smoke coming through the holes from the neighbors room. The desk guy said that the guy has lived there for 10 years and chain smokes.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The shower didn't work at all, had to call the desk for someone who was then able to help.

It smelled, no hair dryer, no coffe in room. Paid way too much for what we got. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!! It was a dive.

the hotel does have a good location and the manager is very plesant.

The rooms are posted as non-smoking but reek of smoke and mildew. We ended up leaving an hour after arriving after finding a bed bug in the room.

Close to my meeting location and in expensive for the over night stay.

The heat wasn't on in my room when I got there. Turning it on required climbing on the dresser to get to the heat unit, which was fine for me but would be challenging for someone with mobility limitations. But the plumbing worked and the room was clean!

It was a mile from the conference center.

The room and hot water were icy upon arrival. Appliances (and floors)had to be turned off for sleep. Peeling ceiling paint. Damaged sink and poorly repaired walls. The police arrested someone upstairs at 1:30am. Linens not fresh. A 3rd World rental.
