The old lobby is very well done. Nice fitness center.

Very cheap toilet paper. No ice machine. AC hard to control.

Cleanliness, quiet at night, excellent food in Walnut Room.

Location

The closet is tiny and doesn't have a door. There is no desk in the room. My suitcase wouldn't fit in the closet because it had a floor mounted safe. I don't understand why hotels do this. The shower water was not warm enough.

Hotel is lovely and staff is top notch. Rooms are small but very well designed and comfortable. Very pet friendly and the location is great for walking your pup.

Sink by the fridge would have been nice. Both restaurants closed due to the chef being ill. Seems there should have been backup staff for at least one of the restaurants.

The rooms were the nicest thing about the hotel. They were very clean and a bit larger than your standard hotel room.

Staff was terribly rude and unhelpful. There was nowhere in the building to purchase snacks or beverages (no stores or vending machines) except the restaurant which was not good by the way. No ice machines, you had to go to the front desk to get ice.

Some front desk staff was great, one evening staff obviously not geared for customer service (sarcastic gestures and comments). Bar closed at 11 pm on a NFL game night. No vending machines for food or drink after bar closed.

Cool charm and stylized decor in the hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome with excellent service and hospitality. The rooms were well equipped with soft beds and wonderful bathroom facilities.

You had to park in an adjacent ramp and pay separate, no breakfast provided, and lack of a pool.

The best part of this historic hotel is the restored interior.

The housekeeping services were unsatisfactory and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before or during my stay. A clump of hair covered the shower drain when I arrived and wasn't removed during my 3-day stay despite 2 requests for re-cleaning.

The Hotel Northland was beautiful! The lobby was restored to it's former glory, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful! The room was extremely nice...

The cleanliness and service were fantastic. The amenities were great, the beds were comfortable and the bar was a great spot for a late nightcap.

The pillows were uncomfortable

Poke the Bear Pub food and drinks were excellent!

Everything!! I wished I could stay here all the time!! Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff was just so friendly and great that they have two types of restaurants! Love it!!
