Although new, there was some wear in the room

The full service from breakfast to an open pool.

Hot tub closed as was being serviced for an imbalance of chemicals.

A nice location, clean well organized rooms, and a good lobby bar

Could have better food at breakfast. Raise quality of coffee.

I loved the atmosphere and no traditional approach

Breakfast options were not inclusive to other diets. Limited menu. People were ordering in from Starbucks.

Nothing stands out

The main areas of the hotel have been updated and look good, the room they assigned me to needs to be updated. The carpet squares are lifting around the edges and the tile areas needs a deep cleaning or replaced. The shower door also leaks onto the floor

Hotel loves hidden charges. After checking in saw a --- charge for room after I paid for room already. When checking out the clerk wasn't bothered when I mentioned up coming visits are over because of charge and she didn't care

Staff was friendly and the place is clean. Definitely nice that the pool is open 24hr.

The hot tub open 24/7 was nice. It was hot. The evening staff were great. We were able to check in early too.

We booked a king room but they gave us a queen.

Absolutely amazing, friendly, professional staff! They upgraded my room for free because the room I selected was overbooked.suoer clean. I will definitely return! Don't change a thing!

The only 2 things are minor and really just options. Continental breakfast and transportation to and from the casino.

Price was decent for hotel and area.

Loud kids and families stomping up and down the halls until late at night after midnight. Families should not be put on top floors for children to run the halls stomping. Very loud. Rooms not very sound proof. Quiet hours not observed very well/enforced.

Dog friendly.

The sinks are terrible they leak all over the place. Also they charge you $100 that they don't tell you about when you check in. I unfortunately use my debit card they treated me like poverty scum! For real

Did not have hot water to take a shower. Provides free breakfast to accommodate.

weird frosted glass between bathroom and bedroom. when light is on in bathroom, it shines in the bedroom.

There was an option provided to get a hot breakfast every day along with cold items at reasonable prices.

Shower and water closet area very small and only covered by sliding door. When opening glass shower door there was a very loud cracking noise. Hallways and room furniture had many scratches and worn material areas.

Look/ design, location, staff, in-hotel bar, 24 hr pool and jacuzzi .

Snacks for purchase were kinda pricey

Gorgeous view, modern rooms. Love that the desk wasn¿t in front of the air conditioner.

Very few restaurants less than 10 mins away. Also someone had cooked fish or brought in fish that stunk up the entire 2nd floor for the entire stay. Enough to make me feel sick and stunk up all my clothes. Blank looks from staff when asked when told.

The hotel was perfect four our family get together, the common areas allowed for our family to spend time together. The guys loved the pool table. Staff was so friendly and accommodating for our needs.

no microwaves in the room. With no free continental breakfast would have been nice to have a microwave in our room given we had kids.

The Wi-Fi worked great and my kids enjoyed the board games and free pool table.

Hotel is great. Perfect for game day close to Lambeau Field, farther from downtown.
